Better than initial room
Worse than room that was promised
I loved the layout: the extra kitchen nook was nice for the kids.
It was dated: furniture was old and outside patio furniture was dirty with paint peeling.
We reserved a studio and a 1 bedroom through RCI and the amenities listed on their website was not what you get at all so beware!!!! RCI indicated that all they have to give a reservation is how beds for how many it sleeps!!! RCI is not responsible for the amenities listed on the website! This is unacceptable!!!!!
We are Holiday Inn resorts owners and have stayed in multiple locations. I'm 77, my wife 74. I have back issues. At check-in we learn that we are assigned to a third floor unit. Please note, the regular buildings DO NOT HAVE ELEVATORS. Also, units do not have washer/dryers, although a laundry is on site. Although we were switched to a first floor unit, at the time of booking the fact that there are no elevators or washer/,dryers was not mentioned. These are older buildings.
I liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of 76.
Rooms were a little dated but functional enough.
Everything was nice.
My husband and I were walking and there was a miscommunication between Booking.com and our reservations that were made.
The resort did very well on accommodating us. We had specific amenities that were wanting and they made sure to make it right.
Everything
We stayed here through a hotel booking site. First you get to stand in line to check in, where you're informed of a deposit that there's no mention of anywhere. Then you get to go stand in line - again - at their "vacation station" where you have to listen to their spiel about the wonder advantages of joining their club before they'll activate your room key. The resort itself is nice but huge! Too huge. It's like a maze. We were sent to a unit as far away as possible from the main buildings. The room itself was nice. The furniture was comfy, as well as the bed. The towels were surprisingly fluffy. The room sleeps 4. You're given 3 pool towels. You do the math. The bathroom (which is nothing special) is large, but that's mainly to accommodate the two doors (one from the bedroom and one from the living area). The counter space in the bathroom is almost nonexistent. I can't imagine having more than 2 people in the unit trying to utilize that tiny space. Of course, it's great having a full kitchen. Don't use the dishwasher if you're in the unit. It sounds like a jet. Heaven help you if there's a family in a unit near you. Every time a door opened in the unit next door, above, or below, the entire unit shivered, especially with the unit next door. It sounded like they were trying to get into our unit. And, of course, we heard the people above us the entire stay. It has a ton of amenities and a golf course, none of which we used. It had pluses and minuses. I can't recommend it.
This location is situated on a beautiful property in the Ozarks. There are lots of trees and rolling hills. Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck playing cards.
The condo was nice and clean
Didn't realize it was so far from the strip and activity. Also too much driving to get to places
Friendly staff and clean rooms
Property wasn’t gated, but it still was safe. Also no washer dryer unit in room.
I enjoyed the one bedroom Villa! It was actually quite nice and the room design was gorgeous! The patio was a good focal area for us to hangout, laugh, and play board games which was really nice as well!
I hated the security gates and not having codes to get through them. In order to get to the front desk you have to drive all around the resort just to get to the activities and front desk because of the security gates that stay locked and they don’t have access to give you codes for them. It was kind of inconvenient. The staff at the front were also kind of rude. When asked questions or recommendations they seemed like they did not want to be there and were unfriendly to interact with.
