Pros:

Loved everything about this property! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and theater room on the resort. Never staying anywhere else when we come to Branson.

Everything. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The room was spacious and extremely clean. There were so many activities available that we were never bored.

The facility had ample parking and was in a good location

Coffee pot was dirty (used filter had mold on it) front desk lady was rude. Only one pack of coffee add ins for a 12 cup pot of coffee

Marginal at best. We will not book a hotel based condo again because it just wasn't comfortable.

Cons:

Because we booked through you, we were not given any info on activities available and were poorly treated. From your info we thought breakfast was included, but it was not and they sounded off about your misleading advertising. We would never have booked here if not for your information.

We would stay here again! It was a great deal overall
Pros:

The rooms/suite was wonderful.

The issues are that the doors did not close very easily.
The main bedroom needs a new mattress and the pullout couch is broken. (My kids loved it anyway!)
