Location and roominess
Coffee pot was dirty (used filter had mold on it) front desk lady was rude. Only one pack of coffee add ins for a 12 cup pot of coffee
Location was good. Easily accessible.
Because we booked through you, we were not given any info on activities available and were poorly treated. From your info we thought breakfast was included, but it was not and they sounded off about your misleading advertising. We would never have booked here if not for your information.
The rooms/suite was wonderful.
The issues are that the doors did not close very easily.
The main bedroom needs a new mattress and the pullout couch is broken. (My kids loved it anyway!)
I loved the size and the kitchen and the pool.
Perfect for us as we just wanted to get away for a long weekend!
NA
The room size.
The sales pitch. Taking up 2 1/2 hours of our vacation time. Trying to get us to buy into their property.
there was plenty to do if i was away for the family to do.
the in door pool was closed the whole stay
cleanliness
noise in the early am
Plenty of amenities, nice big clean rooms
The location was probably was the only thing. When I booked it I thought it was a lot closer to college of the Ozarks campus. But we will stay there again next time we visit the kid.
It was comfortable and quiet, staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend
did not eat at the location, meals not included in the price paid.
enjoyed the pools, selecting a different one each time.
very quiet and fun to walk the resort, enjoying the woods and the wildlife (deer)
time share sales message pushed. nothing in the booking indicated that was the case.
other than the main pool, the little optional pools did not have bathrooms available. felt those pools were not as clean as the large pool (which was exceptional)
Location was great. The resort needs a better map. We were spread out in 4 buildings, we got there late and had to check in at the guard shack. I would suggest that you get there before registration closes. The accommodations were very nice, and the resort was phenomenal.
The late check in process, the gurard had an extremely hard time getting us checked in. I
