Pros:

Very very nice staff, they helped me with laundry. Nice near by restaurant.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel.

Lovely, restful stay in great surroundings
Pros:

The property was ideally situated for local amenities and attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Would definitely return.

嵐山に滞在できて最高でした！綺麗で暖かみのあるとても素敵なホテルです！
Pros:

渡月橋や最寄り駅からとても近く、静かで快適な宿泊ができました。フロント前の暖かな雰囲気やドリンクサービスなどもありがたかったです。

Cons:

エレベーターがないので、女性で長期滞在など荷物が多い方はスーツケースを運ぶのが大変かと思います。私たちは家族で滞在でしたので人手があり特に問題はなかったです。

房間很乾凈，舒適，服務相當好。我們雖是外國人，但服務人員相當友善。當地餐廳很早就結束營業，晚餐比較難找到吃的。離嵐山公園不算遠，是可以吃完晚餐散步的距離。總之，是舒服的一晚。

Ruhige, sehr saubere und geräumige Unterkunft in Arashiyama
Pros:

Das Zimmer war riesig und die Betten waren sehr bequem - wir haben geschlafen wie Engel.
Es hatte alles was man braucht: kleine Küche mit Kochplatte, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr.
Esstisch, Sofa, TV.
Einen Schrank um Kleider aufzuhängen.

Es gab sogar eine Terrasse.

Man bekam ausserdem einen sehr schönen Pyjama (bzw. eine Art Nachthemd) für die Zeit des Aufenthalts.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt und die Betten gemacht.
Im Badezimmer hatte es auch alles was man braucht: Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel, Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Creme, etc

An der Rezeption gab es gratis Wasser, Tee und Kaffee.

Es gab eine Waschmaschine/Trockner um die Wäsche zu waschen die mit 100er Münzen funktionierte und sehr gut gewaschen/getrocknet hat.

Zum Bahnhof Arashiyama sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zwischen 10-20 Minuten zu Fuss.

Es hatte einen Supermarkt in der Nähe der auch spät geöffnet war.

Obwohl Arashiyama sehr voll mit vielen Touristen ist, war das Hotel etwas abseits vom Trubel ruhig gelegen - was uns gut gefallen hat.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für Arashiyama und Umgebung ist es eine hervorragende Lage. Um Kyoto zu besichtigen ist es etwas abseits. Am Abend hatten alle Restaurants und Geschäfte schon früh geschlossen (18 Uhr oft) - so dass man früh essen gehen musste und nicht noch am Abend bummeln konnte.
