リラックススイッチが入った旅
Pros:

チェックインした時に　部屋はすでに涼しくしてくださっていました。　お部屋がきれい・アメニティもそろっていてうれしかった。こちらから何も　聞いていなのですが　フロントで「お洗濯されますか？」に「ぜひ」とご返答すると　お洗濯ができるお部屋をお使いくださいと　洗剤を手渡され　鍵を貸してくださいました。たまたま空きのお部屋だったかもしれませんが、その時間　入室させていただき　たいへん有難かったです。　リラックスできました。ホスピタリティに感動です。一人旅ＯＫだと思います。　壷川駅から徒歩で到着しました。少し歩きますが　クールダウンするに　ちょうど良い距離だと思いました。　ありがとうございました。

Good hotel for its value, great location and friendly staff; a few things could be improved
Pros:

1. Room size and comfy bed. The room is huge for Japanese standards! Spacious, has a big sofa and a table+chairs set in addition to a double-bed which was just right in terms of firmness.
2. Location. For us it was an easy walk to Kokusai-dori (maybe 15 minutes on foot), as well as to the closest monorail station (5-10 minutes). Additionally, there are 2 konbinis nearby, lots of places to eat, izakayas, supermarkets, you name it.
3. Reception staff. We were greeted by a nice gentlemen who explained everything in English and Japanese. There was a couple of times we had to communicate with the hotel via Booking, but all was smooth and polite.
4. The fact that there is a mini-kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle) and washing machine+dryer. We were even given a free pack of laundrt detergent.

Cons:

1. Level of cleanliness and cleaning services overall. This one was a bad surprise, but maybe based on the reviews, I expected way more. Initially, the room appeared very clean and nice, but then I noticed that the toilet, which was "sanitized" (it had a sticker), had small spots, and one towel had yellowish spots as well. Shelves and wardrobes were really dusty when we moved in. Additionally, there was a day when our towels weren't changed (hotel staff fixed that immediately), and another day when the bathroom wasn't cleaned, even though it was supposed to be. Beds are not made every day, and used towels are not picked up; that should be noted. As far as I understood, someone else manages the cleaning, not the hotel staff - perhaps it could be brought to their attention.
2. Power outlets location. There was none near the beds, and we had to use the extension cord provided by the hotel. It helped, but only a little.
3. No sound isolation, but this one is a bit tricky. Personally, we didn't hear anything - no footsteps or voices, unlike mentioned in other reviews. But there were a couple of nights (around 9-10 pm, so kinda early) when our neighbor... just knocked on the wall? We were not even talking at the time, just quietly walking around the room.
4. No body-length mirror in the room, not enough hangers, and no divider between the shower zone and the toilet - these are just small things that could be improved.

沖縄の快適な宿
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で広い。
車の騒音が聞こえない。
毎日タオルなどを交換してくれて、コーヒーやお茶も補充してくれる。
洗濯機と乾燥機が有り、チェックイン時には洗剤ももらえる。
テレビはBSも見れる。
冷蔵庫が大きい。

Cons:

壺川駅から少し離れていて、ホテルの坂の上に有るので地味に疲れる。

房間空間寬敞、乾淨整潔，沒有空調異味或地毯異味，超棒。床墊軟硬適中～沒有認床困擾。戴圓眼鏡瘦瘦的一位女性櫃檯人員超親切！我們感謝她的優質服務與介紹。整體住宿體驗非常舒適完美。

掃除も行き届いていて気持ち良く過ごせました

Cons:

夜チェックインして早朝チェックアウトの短時間滞在だから良かったけど
冷蔵庫が電源切れたままで付け方が分からなかった
テレビのリモコンが電池切れ❓なのか反応鈍くテレビ断念しました
アンケート記入しようとしたら用紙はあるけどボールペンななどは無かった
夜から朝までフロントに人がいないので
これらの不具合は諦めました
掃除や設備が綺麗なだけに残念でした

房間內各項設施真的夠充足，床跟枕頭也很舒適
鍋具碗盤一應俱全想開火弄點小東西吃真的是給他超級方便!!
飯店所在地比較適合開車自駕者，不過如果是不怕走路的話就沒差了

隔音有點沒很好，隔壁聲音大一點就很容易傳過來

部屋がとても綺麗でした。
マンションタイプでしたので、我が家のようにリラックスで来ました。
電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機等、快適に使えました。
乾燥機はとても早く乾いて快適でした。
素泊まりなら、とっても良いです！
ワッフル織りのパジャマが快適でした！

Cons:

夜は近隣の部屋からの音が、けっこう聞こえるし響くので、寝る時間はちょっと気になりました。
駅から少し離れていることかな〜
