Hotel direkt am Bahnhof und dennoch ruhig
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Schnellzugbahnhof Ost und ist sehr einfach auch mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal spricht nur Chinesisch, ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und nutzt Apps zur Übersetzung, um sich zu verständigen. Das Frühstück kostet extra (68,- RMB), ist aber lohnenswert, weil reichhaltige chinesische und vor allem auch westliche Speisen angeboten werden. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut ist.

When we check in at 5pm, they have mentioned the room is not ready for check in. We have argue with them and at last they provide a room which the window facing the grave. We are totally disappointed.

Pros:

房間非常舒適，對於旅客會是很好的選擇！沐浴的產品是使用佰草集，挺有品質。雖然旁邊是杭州東火車站，但是附近的公共交通似乎不是很順暢，用打車的方式會比較好。

ホテルの地図が間違っていて、たどり着くのに時間がかかった。
地図ではあたかも駅構内にあるようにマークされているが、実際は駅を出て、外の道を歩いていくところにある。駅周辺は道が複雑であり、すんなり駅からいけるような案内が必要である。

The hotel is nice, but a little hard to find. This hotel is connected to the train station, but minimal signage. Need to follow the signs follow carpark 2 and 4, and walk through the car park, until you see a sign pointing to the hotel, which has an elevator in the carpark.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable bed. No bad smell. Good breakfast. Walk 3min to train station. Also 24hrs convenience shop beside lobby for late dinner.
