Pros:

Close to the station. Rooms were a good size. We booked a twin for two people but the double rooms were also big.

Cons:

The hotel was being converted to Koko as we were there, meaning there was chaos in the lobby and outside with the signs being replaced and works being done. It was unusual that this was done when there were bookings in place given the disruption to the building.

The other thing was that the room for storing suitcases was apparently small. They could only just fit our backpacks the morning we checked out. This wasn’t a problem but if someone had large suitcases they wouldn’t be able to leave them.

Ottima base per soggiorni brevi a Kanazawa
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione: considerando che a Kanazawa solitamente si soggiorna per pochi giorni (massimo due), è praticamente a 3–5 minuti dalla stazione centrale, quindi comodissimo per arrivi e partenze. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il fatto che ci sia stata assegnata una stanza ai piani alti della struttura. La camera era carina e ben fornita, con prodotti da bagno di ottima qualità (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, sapone e detergente viso). Molto comoda la presenza di una presa USB vicino al letto. Inoltre, alla reception è disponibile gratuitamente una macchinetta per il caffè espresso e altre bevande, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto piacevole. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile: su richiesta ci hanno fornito senza problemi anche una piastra. Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci.

Cons:

La presenza di una sola presa USB vicino al letto è risultata un po’ limitante. Inoltre, per raggiungere i quartieri storici di Kanazawa è necessario utilizzare l’autobus e affrontare tragitti piuttosto lunghi: i mezzi partono dalla stazione centrale (vicinissima all’hotel), ma la posizione non è ideale se si vuole visitare la città muovendosi principalmente a piedi. Infine, il letto, essendo attaccato da un lato alla parete, è risultato un po’ scomodo.

El personal muy atento y las habitaciones mas grandes
Pros:

Está bien situado aunque nos costó encontrarlo porque estaba un poco escondido. Fuera de eso las instalaciones estaban bien y la habitación era más grande en comparación con otras. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Quizás la entrada que está un poco escondida. En la habitación solo había 2 tipos de almohadas pero las dos gordas y duras. Eche en falta quizás una más blandita

Perfect Hotel for Families
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to Kanazawa Station and its major bus hub. Loved that our room had a view of the train tracks. The room was very comfortable. We had the best sleep in the comfy beds. Our toddler accidentally broke the card key but the staff replaced it free of charge and was so friendly with us.

Cons:

One part of the bathtub had mold on it. Most of the bathroom was clean.
