Room was big and comfortable.
Pros:

We couldnt get into the breakfast but i assume it was ok.

Cons:

The washing machine took 3 attempts to dry my clothes leaving a queue of people waiting. So more machines are needed. There was no luggage transfer.

駅に近く便利でよかった。

Cons:

廊下の一方は窓から外が見えるようだが、反対側は窓すら開けられない。（価格差がどれだけあるか知らないが。）
