Good hotel
Very comfortable mattress, sheet, pillows, towels.

Only thing I did not like the shuttle service was every 2 hours and it sure would have been nice everyone hour especially on the weekend when sometimes it would take two trips just to get everyone there

This is a nice hotel . The name deceives however. It is within the Mall of Asia vicinity but it is a far walk to the actual mall itself. Walkable to several restaurant and convenience stores . But they offer decently priced sandwiches and pastries in their pantry-cafe. Also used as hotel base to the nearby events venue. Lobby is nice , with seats available while waiting. Business center and schedule of their shuttle service can be seen. Front desk staff are polite and offer sincere smiles. Bell Staff and security willing to help. Room is adequately sized and functional. Highlight for me is the availability of a Nespresso machine . Doesn’t have streaming Tv app however. Breakfast buffet is filling enough , so don’t expect much either. Staff however are efficient.
The rooms are quite good for the price. The breakfast buffet is embarrassing. For that same price, you can feast at nearby cafes/restaurants. Seriously, the buffet has no variety, very limited options, everything is old/stale, and they charge just as much as higher-end buffets. It’s the worst breakfast buffet we’ve had in the Philippines, and we travel a lot around here. The room, however, was very clean. The location is also quite convenient from the airport and the Mall of Asia.
We arrived late past 12MN due to our delayed flight and yet we were given a courtesy for us to check out later than their usual check out time for a night stay. That was very considerate of them.

I want to thank the lady staff who was on duty last night. We had a good night sleep. The room, the bed , bathroom were so clean and fresh.
The only negative was the slow drainage on the shower. Other than that, all was well. Will stay longer next time.

A friendly responsive desk clerk would be nice. The desk staff is quite rude.
Had a really great time with my family last month. The view, receptionists & attendants were all 💯 Would definitely check in again ☺️
The room is so disgusting, hair in the beddings and so much hair and dirt on the floor. We requested for cleaning the 2nd day but the dirt we saw under the table and beneath the bed were still there. Proof?… You can see how black the soles of the slippers are. Replenishment bathroom tissue rolls were not even put on the dispenser/roller. My first time to checked in in a hotel this filthy .
Staff are ok but so strict with family guests….first time to encounter this as well. So I would say that this is not a family friendly place.
Beware of Wyndham around the globe!

Clean room, great customer service
Unfortunately it was the worst stay , my room was opened at 5 to 12 midnight by 2 maintenance men , it woke me from my sleep and scared me, I abruptly stood up and all they said was , Oh may Tao pala which means , oh there’s somebody here! I called front desk and complained , she said it’s a system glitched! :(
It took me 43 minutes to go up to my room even if I pre checked online and paid, and 20 minutes for my bag to be brought up. I had to follow up again for my bags.
Never going back again.

TRYP has always been a great place to stay! The ambiance is relaxing, and the food is consistently good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect place whether you're in town for a business trip or just looking for a quick staycation. I always feel well taken care of whenever I stay here. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, I highly recommend TRYP if you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay with great service and a nice atmosphere..
