Excelente ubicación,atención decepcionante

La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está cerca del terminal, lo que hace muy fácil el traslado.

Cons:

Mi experiencia no fue buena. La habitación era muy pequeña y tenía mal olor. Además, la atención fue deficiente: no me ayudaron con las maletas, el alojamiento estaba en un tercer piso sin ascensor (algo que no se informaba claramente en la publicación) y el trato recibido no fue el esperado.

calido y acogedor, muy limpio
Pros:

El hotel es mas bien una hostal, muy acogedora, muy cálida y familiar, impecablemente limpia, super económica, esta muy cerca del terminal y puedes llegar caminando 8 minutos por la costanera, lo que te permite ( si no vas en auto) tomar bus interurbano facilmente desde el terminal para ir a puerto octay, frutillar y puetto varas, estas a 10 minutos de mercadito de angelomó que está hermoso y pintoresco y pasan colectivos fuera de la hostal. la verdad superó nuestras espectativas, a apesar de que nos tocó la pieza del ultimo piso que es tipo buardilla (de techo bajo) nos gusto jucho pues estaba muy limpio y super acogedor., Tienen un espacio compartido donde tienes acceso a agua caliente para cafe, venden cafe de grano, tienen pkatos y tasas y una especie de cafeteria muy bonita para los huespedes en el piso 2. el agua caliente de la ducha impecable, la calefaccion central funcionando perfecto, nos gusto mucho, volveremos sin duda.

No me gustó nada .

Cons:

No me gustó lo caro que fue , cuando me había visto otro precio, el personal de la Entrada no fue para nada Amable y lo peor fue que me tocó una habitación donde solo me podía mover en línea recta porque era parte del techo , entonces me golpie la cabeza repetidamente y más encima tenía un traga luz que no me permitía dormir ni de día ni de noche .
