Pros:

La chambre d'hotel était grande et propre et le lit confortable

Cons:

On entendait beaucoup le bruit de la rue depuis la chambre et il n'y avait qu'une seule petite fenêtre donnant dans le couloir de l'hotel et non sur l'extérieur

It is not far from a bus station of Puerto Montt. The price is reasonable. If you arrive late, it's better to reach out to hotel first. There's a small local convenient store behind this hotel.

Last minute booking, accommodating staff, clean room
Pros:

This was a last minute booking. I arrived hours before check-in but the reception allowed me to store my bags in a locked room for free. I got a double room, although I had only booked a single. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. The location is very good, just next to the bus terminal. I was able to check-out at around 6 am no problem.

Cons:

There were no windows in the room, except a small one looking into the corridor. When I arrived the heating was on and the room boiling. Once I had turned it off it was fine. It's just a shame you can't open a window for fresh air.

Baño compartida, pieza para 1 con 4 cama, ducha sin agua caliente, sin desayuno, y estacionamiento seguro pero alejado del hospedaje, y el camino al estacionamiento peligroso el sector

La habitación presentaba condiciones inaceptables: olía a humedad y el suelo estaba hinchado debido a filtraciones.
Una cosa es una habitación sencilla, y otra muy distinta es una en estas condiciones.
