Great and comfortable place.
Pros:

Many things the size of the unit. Comfortable and had everything you could want.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t working as expected but seems could be an easy fix by upgrading the router

Great Apartment for our family of 5
Pros:

This 3 Bedroom apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Cebu with our 3 adult daughters. The rooms were comfortable with air con in each room and a well equipped kitchenette. It was a quiet location, with a shopping centre a 5 min walk away and also an easy walk to "Street scape" where there were lots of food options.
The Montebello Hotel was just across the road and we were able to go in there and pay for a day pass to use the pool (approx $12) and they had live music on a Thur & Fri night so we stayed for drinks and food one night which was very good.

Cons:

There was a 1500 peso security bond which was fine, but we couldn't put this on our credit card and it had to be paid in cash. This was not a big deal but as it was the end of our trip we were then left with excess peso's when we checked out and the bond was returned. Luckily one of our daughters was continuing her travels in the Philippines and was able to take the cash, but just something to be aware of

It was our first time to have a staycation for Christmas eve, since we are from Cebu City only. It was all worth it.
Pros:

The unit was very spacious. Though the building is old, the unit is very well maintained - very clean and neat.

This is not a hotel. I loved it for that. This is an incredible experience, super spacious and comfortable apartment. Well maintained and close to shopping options ant transportation. We will definitely book here again.

Pros:

The place is so serene & it is such a haven where utmost comfort have been experienced along w/ my family & sibling's family. It was an enjoyable stay. It feels like we are in the Manila Hotel in Intramuros. We will visit again sometime soon in this wonderful place.

It was the perfect property for our stay; Location was great between Busay and Lapu Lapu.
Pros:

The suite set up with the separate rooms and kitchen. Perfect for groups that want to be together but have breathing room. Perfect for families! Loved the water cooler and good air conditioning!

Cons:

Larger hot water capacity needed as well as a stopper for the sink. Needs updates (fresh paint), etc.
