Will stay again!
Pros:

Loved the apartment! Clean. Really good heater & amazing view from our Superior room balcony (lake & mountain). Good having washer & dryer. Manager was friendly & helpful too. We liked it so much we booked again. First was Superior 2bdrm with nice view/balcony and the next stay was Standard 2bdm on ground floor with not a view. Each apartment is slightly different (beds, furniture, washing machine, view). Next time we will pay the bit extra for Superior as the balcony was private & better view. Apartments have everything we needed, and in walking distance to town.

Cons:

In our Standard 2bdm, we had a washer/dryer all-in-one combo and the machine had a bad smell on first use. Prefer seperate washer and dryers personally, as the clothes dry better. Our particular Standard room had an outdoor terrace w table/chairs but it was open, so didn’t feel private. No shelf in shower so had to try balance a few things.

Beautiful area to stay in
Pros:

Modern, very close to centre of town, nice view from balcony, very good kitchen and eating area.

Cons:

Small flat. No space at all for suitcases. Small bathroom. Second room was not occupied but we were not allowed to even put our suitcases there.

Loved the apartments and loved Wanaka, would love to stay there again
Pros:

I liked everything about the property, it’s was roomy and very comfortable, it had secure parking and even a lift to each floor and the surroundings outside our unit and the street we were in was very picturesque. Also the landlady was very nice and helpful 😁

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like 😁

Needs a deep clean
Pros:

Location is walking distance to town and water front.

Cons:

Needs a proper clean. Not just a wipe over. Could see crumbs under the lounge. Felt rather grubby. The shared sugar and coffee, not ideal… The room smelt terribly of burnt fatty food. We had to pull the range hood apart and clean to try and get rid of some of the smell. The front bedroom was like sleeping in full day light with the external lights shining through the terrible blinds. We had to hang towels to try make it dark enough for our kids to sleep without a light shining in their eyes. We had no hot water after 2 showers and were told to just wait and see. No hot water until the next morning. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pros:

Loveliest host, the apartment was quite spacious with an outside balcony overlooking the garden and with mountain view. Perfect location, just 5 min walk from the the lake, shops and closest supermarket.

Pros:

The facilities were good. The sitting area seemed quite basic and couch not that comfortable. Bedroom did not have much space around the bed with hanging and storage space very limited. Although we had booked the apartment we were strictly told we could not use the second room or if it looked as though we had we would be charged. If you rent an apartment is not the space yours to use how you wish. ??

Cons:

More comfortable seating. Use of the full apartment.

Cons:

6 weeks out from my stay I ask if it was possible to use the 2nd room, answer was yes @ $200 per person that was very expensive so we did not take the 2nd room.My wife was unable to join me as she had a family bereavement and as there was only 1 person staying not 2 the charge was the same? Big money for a none serviced apartment !!
