La vue depuis le balcon et l’emplacement près de la ville. Apparemment confortable

Cons:

Parking 16 attribué à l’appartement en permanence de l’eau au sol et la gérante n’a rien fait pour améliorer

This was a lovely place to stay if you like quiet, modern and walking distance to everything.
Pros:

Nice apartment with modern amenities and walking distance to town and lake. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Also has laundry in unit.

I would never go back and will advise others not to book. Misleading booking and rude staff. Avoid

Cons:

We did not get the room we thought we had paid for. The elevated view of the lake and mountains was infact a groundfloor view of the neighbours digger
Carpet was in the living area was very stained as explained and acknowleged by the check-in staff!
Person on reception has a serious attitude condition.
Hugely overpriced for what we got

A comfortable, pleasant and convenient stay with very nice, helpful receptionist.
Pros:

Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and lake. Nice garden outlook. Usable balcony with table and chairs.

Cons:

Some electrical sockets not usable. Bedroom small for queen size bed. Airconditioner (heat pump) is located on balcony creating noise.

Great location and well set up for a wonderful easy stay
Pros:

What a great place so well located so we were able to walk into the centre of wanaka easily (which we did about 3 times a day) lovely and clean and well stocked so we could cook for ourselves if we wanted to
