What I loved most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the thoughtful daily treats and refreshments left by the housekeeping team. It was such a lovely gesture and made us feel truly cared for. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!

Overall, the hotel was good, but there are a few things that should be improved.

The villas on the sixth floor are inconvenient because you have to use the stairs to reach them, which can be difficult, especially with luggage or children.

There is also a lack of privacy. While I was using the pool, guests staying in the neighboring villa could easily see me.

In addition, the ongoing maintenance work was disruptive and affected the overall experience. The noise and maintenance activities around the property made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay.

الفندق جميل جدا واهم شي لاحشرات ولا زواحف 😊ونظيف والخدمة 10/10 يصبحونكم عند الافطار بالورد الجميل .والسپا عندهم رووعه خيال .وافضل خيار لي خذنا غرفة في الفندق قريبه بدل الشقق البعيده وتحتاج مصاعد خشبيه بطيئة للصعود والنزول لمرافق الفندق . لاحظت وجود انشطة للاطفال .

Disappointed experiences
Cons:

The property is not well maintained. For example, the handrail in the swimming pool was not stable that almost a safety hazard. The water quality of the swimming pool was questionable (after heavy rain). The room was ok however the loud music noise from the pool was too disturbing until 2230hrs. The staff overall was courteous and prompt however the hotel shuttle driver was somehow very rude when he learned that we did not make an advance reservation although the cart was empty. To be fair, nobody informed us about making reservations for shuttle. The receptionist upon check in was not honest to tell that the room will not be ready by the promised check in time 3pm either. The selection of breakfast was great however the service was not.
