Great room, good location, nice breakfast, prompt services. The bathroom is big and functional. Feels good to stay in the room.

Nice place, centrally located in Futian. Big apartment with seating area, table, desk, ... and even a guest toilet. International breakfast.

**Hotel exploits customer in crises situation - would not recommend this hotel**

We stayed at Fraser Suites for just one night, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Due to the typhoon, we were unable to use any of the advertised facilities such as the fitness studio, pool, or café. While it is understandable that safety measures are necessary during severe weather, the café and other areas were already closed well before the typhoon actually hit, which felt premature.

What left the worst impression was the handling of our stay extension. Since the government had issued warnings and it was unsafe to go outside, we had no choice but to remain in the hotel for one more night. Instead of showing goodwill by offering a reduced rate given the circumstances and the lack of available facilities, the hotel charged us an even higher price. There was clearly no increased demand—nobody was leaving or arriving due to the storm—so taking advantage of guests in such a difficult situation felt deeply unfair.

I have never before experienced a hotel using a crisis situation to increase rates and profit from guests who quite literally had no other choice. This left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend Fraser Suites to others.

Home away from home

Excellent stay! The apartment is spacious and clean. The front desk staff and housekeepers are polite and friendly. Great location!

Its my 1st visit to Shenzhen after 8 years . Decided to choose Fraser Suites Shenzhen for my 4 days /3 night stay . In general i would recommend this place with some area of improvement

Location
While I arrive from Hong Kong ( via High Speed Rail Futain station ). Fraser is situated at the famous Huaqiang North , which its flank by 2 subway line. Within a radius of 500m ,there are shopping malls and eateries. we are always challenge by choice of what we we going to eat .

Facilities
The facilities is good , where the rooftop infinity pool is definitely a Instagram-able point. There is a bar/ coffee house at the first floor( kind of expensive) and a make shift breakfast location. The food is average, and also crowded( it was a weekend ) . By the way, if you are having external food delivery to the hotel and then room. it uses a robot to deliver to our room .This is pretty cool.

Room:
I have booked a one room executive which is large , stylish and clean. With a microwave , hot stove, and a washer and dryer. It really built for guest who is intended for a longer stay. The only comment that i have is that the night curtain seems to be slightly shrink as its not able to fully block the morning Sun.

Service
Comment that the front desk speak little English , which I partly agree. I need to speak slowly for them . In the end, I converse in Mandarin , which speed up the communication

In summary , I would return to Fraser Suites Shenzhen for its prime location, roomy suites, impressive amenities .

I absolutely recommend this place which provides excellent amenities and service for a reasonable price. It is located at a convenient location, next to a big mall and the view from the pool at night is just amazing. Thanks again, the whole team is doing a great job.

Second visit and it was just as comfortable and welcoming. Everything was good. The washing machine did take a long time to complete its wash and dry cycle. Can be better there.

I was looking for a serviced apartment and found this property in booking.com. It is located in Futian, which is in the same area as the civic square, where you can see the synchronised light show on the office buildings at night. It is located beside a shopping mall so it is very convenient. I relied on the food delivery app to order in food and milk tea. However, only Ele.me app is available to tourists since it can be linked to our Alipay wallet. The most interesting thing is a delivery robot would deliver my orders straight to my doorstep. I booked a one bedroom and it has all the things we need; a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, a mini kitchen, a walk-in wardrobe to store our luggages, and a big bathtub to shower a little one. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast spread. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the hospitality.

The staff are attentive and the security is very friendly and helpful. House keeping is a turnaround of under 5 mins.

Late check out is a very standout option here at 2pm!

If you’re a first timer or a regular Shenzhen traveler, then this should be at the top of your list.

Great Hotel

The apartment was excellent and clean, the food was scrumptious and the services were prompt and excellent. There is a nice shopping mall right in front of Fraser. I will stay at Fraser again for my overseas trips in future. Thank you for making my overseas trip an enjoyable one, Fraser. Kudos to your management and staff. Keep up the good job!

The room is huge and well located. There’s a nice huge park nearby for walks too. The main flaw is the smoking issue and the rooms would stink despite efforts to clean the room. It would help if there is also some nice scents to make the room smell nicer. The delivery service is contactless and efficient via robot.

Good location

Great hotel everything was 10/10 but the infinity pool temperature was so cold that it was impossible to swim or enjoy.
