Pros:

쇼핑몰, 장원과 가까워 하루 편안하게 쉬면서 주변 산책하기 좋았어요.
침구 및 청결 상태, 수영장, 조식 모두 힐링에 최적화 되어있었어요.
다음에 상해에 간다면 맛사지도 받아보고 싶습니다.
리셉션 응대는 과하지 않은 친절함이 오히려 부담스럽지않고 좋았습니다.

Cons:

미니바는 와인을 제외하고 간단한 스낵과 음료는 모두 무료로 제공하면 어떨까하는 아쉬움이 있네요.

Definitely worth a stay when in Shanghai.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sukhothai hotel. The hotel itself is very modern and the materials used are of high quality. We were upgraded to the loft suites (top floor) and the room and especially the bathroom was incredible. Also the breakfast was great and offered a broad variation of different cuisines.

LV進駐商場後的人潮；等待房間ready的時間過長(櫃台人員態度很好，也一直打電話問進度，但房間一直沒ready)；客服專業不夠(In-Room Breakfast掛卡放的位置很隱密，漏看......致電客服詢問，客服說已經沒有In-Room Breakfast，結果隔天退房前才在床邊櫃子下看到掛卡......)

Experienced Traveller - Honest Review
Pros:

When we had some issues with a few rooms the staff and duty managers were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very quick and did their best to apologise, fix things and find solutions, which goes a long way! The interior design is beautiful curated throughout the hotel. The standard rooms are actually the nicest in my opinion. Bath tubs in some of the rooms are lovely. The location is fantastic, and as many have said, the connection to the nearby luxury mall is a nice touch. The value for money feels fairly good (certainly compared to an equivalent hotel in the UK) though prices are a lot higher by Shanghai averages. In spite of other reviews, I found all the staff's English to be very good, from the bell boys to the managers (and significantly better than my Chinese)

Cons:

Encountered a few rooms which were hot and stuffy, but from changing rooms so often could see that this was not the case for all, so seems like pot luck. The air con systems have some issues room by room. Our first would randomly turn itself up from lowest (and quietest) fan speed to full power during the night, repeatedly waking me up with the noise. I also had to turn the temp down to lower than necessary (16-18°) to feel like it was actually making a difference, but in other rooms setting to the standard 22° they keep it at was fine. To the hotel's credit, they sent a manager and an engineer almost immediately to try to fix it, before moving us to another room for the night.

If your room is near a lift, you can hear it beep as it arrives to the floor from your room, same with neighbours using their key cards. You can't hear the outside world, but internal soundproofing could use improvement.

A small nitpick is also that the fire alarms have a blinking green light, and many of them are situated directly above the beds, a small detail but just doesn't feel well thought out compared to everything else in the room designs.

The breakfast price is high, but seems good quality, however you can find equally tasty and better value at the mall opposite too.

The last issue, is that Booking.com states this place has a hot tub, it does not, info needs amending.

Отличный отель в центре шоппинга Шанхая
Pros:

Отличное расположение, стильный дизайн. Чисто, аккуратно, чувствуется дизайнерский подход. Получили большое удовольствие от проживания 5 дней, будто находишься дома)

Cons:

В холе и на завтраке было прохладно, нужно быть в свитерах в январе. Также для европейцев крайне скудный выбор на завтрак, если говорить про зож еду. Наличие каши на воде — единственный большой плюс
