Pros:

The staff were absolutely fantastic. I felt the bedding was not fresh and found some stains so i requested a change and they attended to it promptly. Although i had breakfast just once, i absolutely loved the yam and egg dish served. it was simply perfection. Coming from Uk i found the standard of the hotel beddings and towels very very old and worn out and past thier use by date but hey! I managed it some how. I booked online but should have done a walk in as the walk in rates are far cheaper.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay. Seems newly renovated. I love a clean new bathroom and really enjoyed my shower. The bed was super comfortable and huge. I think the bed was a California King and the room is spacious. I love the lounge and pool area. I enjoyed my breakfast and loved that they call you the night before to get your breakfast order in advance. The staff was very friendly and helpful with great customer service. It is perfectly located in the city center and very safe. You can easily walk to anything thats needed but I had a driver so that wasn't necessary for me. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Abuja.

Convenient location but reception not friendly
Pros:

Unhelpful reception but that was mainly caused by hotels.com as my booking was nowhere to be found.

Reception had non chalant attitude about it but so that put me off but the Kitchen staff was friendlier.

Overall great location but let down by reception staff other staff were great though.

I wouldn’t use Hotels.com next time though
