Great location, fantastic staff, however noise of other guests made for a horrible night.
Pros:

We were just passing through for one night so it was a perfect location for what we needed. Clean and comfortable and easy to find. Staff were fantastic and very nice.

Cons:

The noise level was, quite frankly unbearable. There were groups of people who arrived-in past midnight and didn't care that others were sleeping. Full-on conversations, laughing, doors opening and slamming shut for over an hour happening in the hallway despite the notices to be quiet. In the room directly next to us, there was a fight with people yelling, screaming and cursing at one another. It thankfully quieted down after about an hour. In the room above us, there were kids playing tag early in the morning and jumping off the beds and running from one end of the room to the other. Every conversation and footstep could be heard which resulted in a terrible night's sleep.

Perfect stay, location and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, plenty of room. Came with friends for a wedding and there was plenty of food, drinks and appliances for us all to use. Big kitchen area and outdoor space for us all to hang out.

Lovely stay in the countryside close to Fermoy.
Pros:

Spacious room in a big house in the countryside, 5 minutes drive from Fermoy.Bathroom was seperate but clean and private. Large kitchen, dining room, living room. Self serve/ cook full Irish breakfast , and access to kitchen to prepare meals. Plenty of food to choose from.
Eric, the host, was friendly and helpful.
The central shared area meant guests mixed and shared tips etc.

Pros:

Great location, very clean, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was fully stocked with plenty of options. Overall, a really lovely place to stay and definitely somewhere I would recommend. A great place to go!
