Property was close to our event which was nice

Cons:

The facility amenities were extremely disappointing to say the least. We were so excited to utilize the swimming pool and hot tub after a long day of travel. We got to the pool area and jets in hot tub didn’t work, hot tub was FILTHY along with the pool, and there was no towel’s available to dry off with. The breakfast was disgusting. The bagels were hard, the options were so limited and the sausage was so soggy and salty. It was quite literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had as a Hilton honors member

Even with the street noise we will definitely stay again

Clean, comfy, worth it.
Pros:

I loved how clean and modern the place was. The pool table in the lobby was a nice touch. Best coffee at any hotel.

Cons:

The bacon at breakfast needs some help, but everything else was great .

Wonderful place!
Pros:

We were traveling north to McCall to go rafting. This was just a one night stay but it was a NICE evening. The hotel is so clean and the staff was amazing. The assistant manager checked us in and he was wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. The breakfast was exceptional and I felt exceeded a lot of other Hilton properties.

Cons:

It's not the hotels fault but the sky and air was so smoky due to all the wildfires!

It was a great location, the customer service was amazing!

Cons:

The floor in our room was so sticky, and when I wiped up the water from getting out of the shower the towel was black.

Pros:

Great breakfast.

Cons:

No microwave in the room. We travel with food so anytime we needed to heat anything we had to go to the lobby.
