Definitely made my trip easier and a great nights sleep.
Pros:

Curtiss at the front desk was an excellent host. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Everything was in easy reach and facility excellent access and secure.
Good selection of breakfast materials and the little on site store was a nice surprise with variety of healthy selections that made my travels that much nicer.

Cons:

When my husband went down for coffee at 9 a.m. the canister was empty. My husband asked the staff if there was more coffee, they said" no, all out'. Nothing else. Coffee should be kept available during day time, right? Short response and not polite.

Pros:

I loved all the food options nearby & the activities in the lobby such as pool. The staff was the kindest & most helpful I have ever interacted with.

Cons:

The hotel was small we barely fit our family in the room, the breakfast was really pathetic. The pool is in need of some updates & hot tub too. Also there is no microwave, that probably is in the listing however I have never in my life stayed at a hotel without a microwave and it was a huge inconvenience.

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything!!
This Hotel is absolutely amazing.
From the moment you walk in. The staff was helpful. The lobby is open and inviting. The rooms are exceptionally clean.

Cons:

Only issue was how the city planners boxed it in. If you are not familiar with the area it could be difficult to find the entrance to the building. But Google Maps did help with this.

Cons:

The wifi never worked and the staff never did anything to fix it. Bunch of loud ass kids running up and down the hallway all night. Seriously put the damn soccer teams on the bottom floor.
