The rest is average. And medium.
Ignore the special notes in the booking request via Booking.
The staff “especially the female receptionists in the massage service” seem reserved to an uncomfortable degree when dealing with men.
Also, pool, sauna and other services are not as clean as they should be. Especially the showers.
Some employees also provided a mock menu for drinks selection. Upon payment, they withdrew three times the amount! When confronted, they said that this menu that was presented to us is old and that the correct menu in the barcode is on the tables!
I wonder if this is a tight fraud policy? Because the one who gave us the old menu is the employee himself. He hoped to escape this crime.
We complained to the responsible manager and he did not interact with us. Rather, he repeated that this is our mistake and that the right menu is on the barcode.
