Lots of roaches and old bathroom
I liked the space that we had. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The view was amazing. The area was quiet.
The bed was a bit hard, the kitchen was very limited on cookware. The cookware that was there was low quality. The non-stick pan is no longer non-stick. We had to buy dish detergent, paper towels, and a sponge to clean the dishes we used. The penthouse is a bit out dated. For the price we paid it was good for us. Parking is another issue, there were utility trailers taking spaces causing limited parking. Motorcycles were left in the 20 minute check in parking limiting parking foe guest to load and unload.

I love the location this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed there. It’s convenient to the beach as well as other places we love to go to on the strip.
We checked in at 5, we didn’t come back to our room until 8 pm when we came back in the room. We noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There was used bath clothes and towels in the the bathroom, the tub still had a dirt ring. The bed had a dirty pillow case. There was no clean towels. I went to the front desk at least 3 time an th young lady acted as if she was frustrated with me a told me she couldn’t switch my room because nothing was available. The next morning after flipping the pillow over that’s when I seen the dirty pillow case a bed sheet I immediately went downstairs and the young lady pointed at the manager. The manager moved me instantly! Crazy how at 8 am the next morning there was a new room available but the next before there supposedly wasn’t. Today was check out day! My kids accidentally left a pair of shoes in the old room so I went to the front desk to ask if they were turned in, they were still in our old room. Got them an that room still hadn’t been cleaned up. It was a big shocked in a sense that that room was still not clean.
