Pros:

Good location, close to many shops and eateries.

Cons:

There were many posts stating that there was breakfast included, we were a little disappointed to find out otherwise.

Definitely need more parking.

Pros:

So I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are nice and quiet. The issue I have is with service. What airport hotel does not serve breakfast until 7;00am? Other Hampton Inns provide grab-n-go bags for their guests. The workout room was nice but half of the Nautilus machines were broken. Plus they piped in music and had 2 TVs blaring the Disney Channel with no way for guests to turn them off or change the channel. The pools looked nice but were over-crowded. The fridge only works for 2 hours.

Close to airport

Cons:

Staff was not great. On check in, the front desk clerk offered free water to the person before me but did not offer it to me even though I’m an Honors member. When we asked for a shuttle ride to the airport upon check-out, they made us wait 15 min before leaving even though there were two people manning the front desk. We thought maybe they were waiting for another group to ride with us, but when it was time to leave, it was just our family.

Das Hotel als solches hat meine Erwartung erfüllt.

Cons:

Es begann mit dem Einchecken. Ich musste lange Warten, weil der Mitarbeiter in aller Ruhe (20 Min) mit dem Gast vor mir ein Spezialproblem lösen musste, ohne mich zu beachten.

Aber am Ende beim Auschecken kam es noch dicker: Ich habe mich darauf verlassen, dass der bei Booking.com ausgewiesene Preis auch berechnet wird und nur die Zimmerkarte abgegeben. Allerdings hat das Hotel noch eine Steuer über ca 50$ erhoben, die nicht vereinbart war. Meine Reklamation wurde abgewiesen.
Also kann ich nicht empfehlen, ohne Einblick in die Endabrechnung auszuchecken.
