Pros:

I thought the breakfast was good and that space was attractive. Also, coffee seems always to be available in the lobby.

I would have liked more towels in the bathroom and dressers in the room.

Conveniently close to the cruise port
Pros:

The customer service was very good. Everyone was very nice and greeted us when they saw us. The breakfast was good but it could of been better. The room was a nice size and clean.

Cons:

I requested a handicap room and it didn't feel like one. The bench above the tube is actually very dangerous and not connected to the wall properly. When the bench extends from the wall it comes down as at a slant. When it gets wet it was very easy to slide off bench onto the floor. Luckily I was able to grab onto the bar before that happened. Please check on this. I would hate to see anyone hurt.

Check in staff seems rushed at times and changes often, you ask something and an hour later there is someone else again.

Pros:

plenty of places to eat, breakfast was decent, we always stay here the night before we go on a cruise. my wife had to be taken to the er and ended up spending 3 days at the hospital. so i ended up spending 3 nights at the hotel. all the girls at the front desk were all very helpful and understanding. this was aprox. the 12'th time we have stayed here before a cruise.

Cons:

new tv system is really screwy and hard to figure out.

Pros:

Clean and conveniently located.

Cons:

The $75 incidentals as well as the $20 per day for parking. I felt the incidentals was a little too high and I’m not sure why Hampton Inn charges for parking for its own customers when we already paid for the room.
