Nice stay in beautiful Gümüshane

Das 1. Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Im Bett waren Haare. Die Bidettoilette war nicht zu benutzen.
Man hat uns dann sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben, doch dort fehlte dann zB der Fön. Wir mussten 2 Mal anrufen, damit es endlich gebracht werden konnte.
Mit dem Service waren wir deswegen nicht zufrieden.

Sehr gutes Hotel auf Ramada Standard. Frühstück war gur, Zimmer sehr groß und sauber.
