Great location, close to everything Ginza has to offer! Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and attentive. Couldn't ask for more.

Nicely located in heart of Ginza surrounded with luxury shoppes and restaurants. Easy access to local underground train system which you can use to goto other parts of Tokyo.

Staff were very helpful, especially the duty manager!

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful rooms that are large for the area of town, perfect location and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing and loved by the whole family. Loved our stay here and look forward to coming back.

Great stay! Stayed 7 nights with my family and it was such an awesome experience throughout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were relatively spacious and beds were comfortable. Location is great with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Most importantly Ginza Station was about 2 blocks away which is especially important after walking all day. Can't go wrong staying here

Hyatt Centric Ginza was perfect for our family vacation. It was perfectly situated in the city which made getting from activity to activity easy. All the shops were near by and that made shopping a breeze. We would definitely be back during future visits to Tokyo.

We had an overall excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are state of the art, comfortable, and we'll maintained. Checkin was great and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the lobby feels like a kids camp. For some reason there are loud video games, play/craft areas, and a piano setup to encourage kids to play in the main lobby area. Needless to say, there are many young kids running around and the noise from the games and piano area are not what I expect from a hotel this caliber. The hotel needs to find an out of the way location for these kids amenities so that all the other guests are not impacted.

Location was great, atmosphere/decor were inline with a luxury hotel. Rooms were very spacious, especially for Tokyo standard. Cost was a bit steep, but the service and hard products were very much worth it.

During our stay, there was a minor plumbing/HVAC issues on our floor, and the agents were extremely responsive and accommodating on helping us change rooms to a different floor late night. Definitely takes accountability, and that little hiccup didn't affect us at all with our stay as they more than made up for it. I'm surprised it's only rated a 4-star hotel -- it definitely costs and feels like a 5-star one.

The hotel is right in the heart of Ginza—an unbeatable location. The lobby and rooms are new and stylish, with a clean, modern feel. The staff are young, eager to help, and communicate well in English.

Breakfast is high quality, with a good variety of options. I would be very happy to return on my next visit to Tokyo.

Loved the hotel. Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Snacks 24/7 available and complimentary. Games also available. Loved my daily green tea!
