Great stay to experience busy activity of Ginza
Pros:

Relaxed and chilled vibe, which was unexpected in centre of Tokyo. Fantastic rooms with large comfortable beds and spacious bathroom, which was all good size compared to other Tokyo accomodation.

Convenient and relaxing stay.
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, but the room was kept clean and we were quite central in Ginza 10 mins away from the station. The shower room itself felt like a little onsen which was nice. Water bottles with water dispensers on each floor was handy and the breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

Our room was facing another building so we didn't have much of a view to look at.

余程この立地じゃないといけないということではないのならオススメ出来ません。

立地やバスルーム、トイレなどの機能は料金に見合っていました。

とにかくフロントスタッフの対応が悪い。

Right at the heat of Ginza
Pros:

We recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Ginza and had a generally pleasant experience, with a few areas that could be improved.

Cons:
- no porter, as we had to bring our luggage
- Staff was quite rigid in terms of upgrade and not like the usual Hyatt brands.
- No swimming pool or much facilities

Pros:
-Location was great! Right at the smack of Ginza.
- Booked a suite, space was very great with extra powder room
- Gym was small but equipped with basic weights and equipments
- Like the free snacks and drinks at the reception area which was pretty cool

Overall, Hyatt Centric Ginza is a decent option for travelers who prioritize location and room size. However, considering the high price point, we would likely explore other comparable hotels in the Ginza area that offer better value and a more complete experience.

Good location and best sound proof but we won't be back.
Pros:

Not impressed. We moved to Bvlgari Tokyo after checking out and realized what Japanese hospitality should be like. Everything was 10x better than Hyatt Centric Ginza.
