Great location - steps from shopping area and restaurants. Interesting design of the rooms - quirky but very space efficient and unique. Everything in the room worked perfectly.

This is honestly the best hotel I stayed at in Japan and exceeded expectations. Rooms are very spacious, staff were amazing and very helpful, long are was a nice place to have unlimited snacks and drinks that were all very good., We stayed here when we first arrived and then booked it again on our last day since we visited multiple cities and couldn’t wait to get back. It’s in a perfect location, away from the chaos of the other very loud and busy areas of shibuya etc yet still close to everything. The train is up the street so easy to hop on it and explore other areas. Also, unexpectedly the onitsuka orange store was literally right behind the hotel which was very convenient since we planned to purchase a few and get them engraved.
Room size and location
Although booked 2 rooms for 5 people, the room set up was not ready to accommodate all of us and the staff could not not do anything about it.
The hotel is in a perfect location central to the heart of Ginza. I appreciated the customer service at this property. The employees on the first floor who helped with luggage and taxis were incredibly responsive and always helpful. The house keeping staff specifically Asago and Akiko have my gratitude. Their out of the box thinking helped make my stay extremely comfortable. They heard my problem and came up with a solid solution regarding an accommodation I needed. I am truly grateful for their help. I would most definitely stay at this convenient and clean property again. As an aside Lawsons is just a block away to grab snacks when needed.

Hotel com excelente localização, quartos confortáveis, um ótimo café da manhã e funcionários gentis, mas com serviço de quarto a desejar.
Cheguei no hotel ás 21:30, cansada de uma longa viagem e com fome. O restaurante e o bar já fechando, não foi possível entrar. Então pedi serviço de quarto que também só funcionava até as 21 horas. Tive que sair para procurar um canto para jantar. Como é que um hotel de 5 estrelas, com uma tarifa cara, de uma cadeia de hotéis famosa, não oferece serviço de quarto após 9 da noite?
Por um lapso meu, minha reserva não incluía café da manhã, então tive que pagar na hora. Fiquei espantada pelo alto preço!
Great location but quite a basic room. Not toddler friendly hotel as the room layout is not safe for toddlers. Our baby banged his head many times.
Lovely hotel with the best staff that we have ever encountered in a Hyatt - they should be the model for all staff around the world.
The location .
Some of the staff was not interested and kind of rude for a hospitality company. But some of them were good . The night staff when asked to give me access to the lift as my wife went up before me they don’t even look at me just pressed the button and got back chatting with other staff . And it is very expensive for the service and interiors .
Great location, close to everything Ginza has to offer! Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and attentive. Couldn't ask for more.
Nicely located in heart of Ginza surrounded with luxury shoppes and restaurants. Easy access to local underground train system which you can use to goto other parts of Tokyo.
Staff were very helpful, especially the duty manager!
