Pros:

The app. is for the price it is rented out for , a very good value for money deal. The living area is nice and clean , with 2 big sofa , the bed is solid and very good a tv and internet connections with wifi and some chinese multi media box that was of no use for me ( don't understand chinese ) . The bathroom is less positive , with the tiny shower with doors not working as should , wals are damaged at the door side , and made an old impression not so clean the washing machine was new and working pretty fine , the hot water was super so that was very positive , the kitchen has microwave , water cooker , 2 pit burner in european style small kitchen cabinets , but these cabinets need a make over as the shelves where fallen down , and the kitchen was not cleaned at all. the fridge with freezer is a positive point.
