Все понравилось! Отель расположен просто идеально, в шаговой доступности абсолютно все.

Gece 1 gibi otele giriş yaptım. Oda çok kötüydü. Temiz çarşaf istedim. Yırtık rengi kötü bir çarşaf serildi. Geceyarısı 3 den sonra sürekli otele giren çıkan gürültüler bağrışmalar, kapılar açılıp kapanıyor. Bir ara bizim odamız girilmeye çalışıldı. Kabus gibi bir gece geçirdim. Eşim uyudu ama ben o kadar tedirgin oldum kigözümü kırpmadım. Bütün gece nasıl böyle bir otel seçtim diye ahlandım. Sabaha kadar sesler kesilmedi. Sabah erkenden çıkış yaptık. Resepsiyonla durumu paylaştığımızda koreli grup gelmiş bla blaa

Verilen oda internette gösterilen boyutta değildi; TV aleti pilsizdi; saç kurutma makinesi yoktu; fiyat biraz yüksekti; sabah geldiğimizde resepsiyonda personel ve zil yoktu; kahvaltı normal; TV ekranı normal; yastık ve havlu sayısı azdı; ama... personel güleryüzlüydü :-)

It was very very bad experience and this last time will go there no cleaning no wifi bad breakfast

I liked that Bursa hotel was smack dab in the middle of everything. A subway line is a block and a half away. I wish they would put the heat up though. It got awfully cold at night. I wish the hotel had an elevator too. They have breakfast on the top floor good view of downtown. There a mall around the corner of the hotel. The guys that worked there spoke good English.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Bursa so with all facilities around.
Comfortable, quiet room. Could just do with a hairdryer for us ladies!!

Great location and great service. It's not a luxurious hotel and it could do with some maintenance and fresh towels but overall OK.

The location is perfect in the middle of historical city, close to metro and bus, staff are friendly and speak arabic and english, room is clean, breakfast is less than average , i faced a problem with hot water , i recommend it

Generally hotel is good, location also wonderfull. just have not elevator. İf you bring many lugage like us. You will be get terrible.

Great place to stay, specially the location. Good breakfast and very nice staff.
The only thing i would change is the bed, you could feel the springs of the matress, even with that, we had a very comfy stay.

the hotel is centrally located and rather quiet. the rooms have enough space for putting one's things and are pleasant. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful and spoke good German. Breakfast was the most basic I have ever seen in a hotel in Turkey. Non-smoking requests are not enforced which was at times disturbing. During weekend groups of young men kept smoking and moving in between rooms making noise with the doors and I could not sleep.

This is an inexpensive, basic hotel with very helpful staff in an a very central location. It is clean, but it is becoming run-down - burnt out lights, broken shower door. It can be noisy if your room is close to the stairwell.
