Friendly and supportive staff

Cons:

I would not recommend it to anyone, it's not a hotel more like a prison where someone has to unlock the door to let you in/out and at one point I had to wait nearly 10 minutes in the middle of the night to get back in.

The surrounding area is full of dog faeces so I had to watch every step of mine.

The shower was blocked and almost flooded the room.

Breakfast is very limited, perhaps you get either croissant or biscuits with coffee

Easy to commute to the city centre as the bus stop is located right in front of the hotel.

La gentilezza del personale (in particolare la signora che mi apriva la porta e che portava la collazione in stanza, molto molto gentile), la pulizia della stanza. L'albergo è semplice ma pulito e tutto funzionante. C'è anche l'ascensore per andare nelle stanze
