This was comfortable and clean. There was a leak in the bathroom from the shower above but it was fixed within the hour.
Pros:

It was clean and comfy and not on the main road.

Cons:

One night it took 1,5 hrs to return from the centre of the city.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was very dirty and one day water leaked from the ceiling above the shower. The carpet remained dirty but the leaking ceiling was fixed quickly.

Pros:

the location is great, clean and cozy room,

Cons:

i was put in a room on 1st floor with no wifi, couldn't use my laptop n ipad. i asked concierge about the wifi and they said they can't do anything abt it and didn't seem to even care or try to comfort customer. the room is not soundproof so i could hear everything outside and it was not comfy at all.

I would like to send a big thank to all the staff. They were helpful which made the service was extremely excellent.
Pros:

I really like the location of this hotel, the air is fresh and clean here with lots of green space

Cons:

Facilities need to be improved. There was a kettle in my room was not cleaned well. Pillows and blanket and towels also need to be washed more carefully. However, the staff provided us a new set so it was still 10/10 to me.
