我經常旅遊, 真的第一次給一星
酒店級收費, 差過B&B服務😡🤬😤
因為地理位置近碼頭有免費停車場, 我們自駕遊, 所以選擇了這神奇的酒店！
我們比預約時間早到,大約早上10點
去到Reception竟然冇人
Reception冇人都唔緊要！有個牌叫我哋聯絡職員, 電話2次完全冇人聽, 只接駁去留言信箱！我哋趕住要搭船遊覽, 只好將車駛回旅遊中心€9泊一天,立刻趕上船

3:30pm回來到酒店仍然只有那個牌！什麼職員都沒有, 又要浪費金錢再打電話,結果都是接駁去留言信箱！！！
完全不可理解🤬🤬🤬
最後搞了很久終於有位女職員自稱housekeeper她非常友善畀指引我, 幫手收錢畀房門鎖匙. 其他什麼都沒有了, 她說全晚只有兩間房客人預約, 我覺得好好似鬼屋咁🤣🤣😏還是我包了間酒店？？
搭𨋢上到房樓層, 自動感應電燈經常不會亮著, 漆黑黑好危險, 我明白這是節約能源, 但最基本偵測到有人要亮著是必須的
早餐非常簡單,只是吃得飽, 我接受
打算好好休息, 張床質量問題睡醒仲辛苦,好似冇瞓過不舒服
總結~最大問題係冇職員都唔緊要
但聯絡電話絕對不能不接聽
最好笑第二朝早上退房10點 Reception仍然係得一個牌

Völlig überteuert, die Zimmer sind echt altbacken und sehr klein. Für den gezahlten Preis haben wir etwas anderes erwartet.

Location, location, location ---- but mediocre services/facilities
Pros:

Location, location, location. Right on the Konigsee. The room was a nice size.

Cons:

The reception desk was unmanned the entire time we were there. The housekeeper checked us in (she was very helpful). We did not get the guest card for discounts on the cable car. The floors made a terrible squeaking noise and the bathroom was so tiny it was impossible to dry oneself after the shower. The pillows were pathetically thin. The welcome note referred to a "rich breakfast" so we found the selection quite disappointing compared to other continental breakfasts we'd enjoyed during our time in Europe.

Verliebt in den Königssee

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Morgens mit dem Blick auf den Königssee aufzuwachen ist unbezahlbar.

Hotel mit schöner Aussicht auf den See, ansonsten eher "geht so".
Pros:

Wir hatten ein größeres Zimmer für Zwei im 3. Geschoss. Der Raum war überdurchschnittlich groß und bot einen tollen Blick auf den See.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und bei einem anfänglichen Parkproblem wurde uns sofort geholfen, prima!

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte irgendwie abgewohnt; sauber war es jedoch. Das Bad war soweit okay, aber auf die Details achtete dort niemand: Ein kaum zu gebrauchender Duschkopf ohne Verstellmöglichkeit, Halogen-Glühlampe über dem Badspiegel schon schwarz und kurz vorm Durchbrennen, eine Glühlampe im Zimmer war bereits durchgebrannt und nicht ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück konnte man schon als unterdurchschnittlich bezeichnen, irgendetwas war immer alle: An einem Tag sogar die Butter und Nachschub war nicht mal mehr im Hause. Wer also an diesem Tage nach 9:00 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, durfte auf Butter und Alternativen hierzu verzichten. Margarine gab es nämlich auch nicht. Sämtliche Gäste kämpften allmorgendlich an einem einzigen Kaffeeautomaten um ihr morgendliches Getränk. Teils mangelhaft Deutsch sprechendes Personal im Frühstücksraum machte den Aufenthalt zusätzlich schwierig.

Beliggenheden var super

Cons:

Hotellet er slidt, trist og stucked i 80'erne.
Morgenmaden var skrækkelig og køen til kaffemaskinen endnu længere.
Værelset var gammelt, sengen/madrassen frygtelig og housekeeping mente de skulle gøre rent lørdag kl 18:25.

På ingen måde pengene værd!

Die wunderschöne, ruhige Lage direkt am See, das rustikale, gediegene Hotel aus Holz, der Gratisparkplatz auch am Abreisetag, die gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Gratisfahrten mit den Öffis, das schöne, grosse, saubere Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Die Lage super, das Zimmer Umbaubedürftig/ausbaufähig.

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Königsee.

Cons:

Das Bett ist anders gewesen als auf den Bildern, klein und niedrig. Keine Steckdosen am Bett wie in der Beschreibung stand, nach zwei mal Fragen haben wir einen Mehrfachstecker bekommen. Die Dusche war viel zu klein. Man musste aus der Dusche raus um sich einseifen zu können.

Utmårkt läge, vänlig personal, bra städning, gratis parkering, gott bröd på frukosten.

Cons:

Sängen var urusel! Så fort man vände sig det minsta lilla i sömnen så knarrade sängen så mycket att man vaknade av det! Obekväm kudde, och bara en enda kudde! Rummet var med snett tak så jag fick böja mig för att komma fram till sängen. Frukosten var väldigt sparsam, inte mycket val av mat, ingen bacon eller korv, inga kakor till kaffet heller. För 200 EUR per natt som vi fick betala var det uruselt! Detta hotell är värt 50 EUR per natt, max.
