Comfortable hotel in an ideal location near to the beach and town
Pros:

Very friendly welcoming staff. Great location near to the Russell Coates museum. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea. Good range of things for breakfast and great service.

Pros:

I love the staff they were all very kind and friendly I stayed in the hotel for few days around 5-6 days

Cons:

the last room I was in looked big but had a very small table and very to little decorations to give it a good sense and good atmosphere the shower is not so helpful that I could not put any essentials like shampoo anywhere and had to bend all the way down to grab the shampoo back it needs some small renovation for future visitors.

The location is excellent. The hotel has been recently refurbished and done very tastefully. The temperature of the room was just right. Staff so helpful and friendly.

Pros:

We got married at the hotel in 2009 it was lovely to be back as it always is when we visit.

Cons:

Our shower took a very very long time to warm up and it didnt work properly. Very slow and hardly any pressure unless it was on the coldest setting.
I didnt realise breakfast wasnt Included ☹️
