Pros:

The hotel had polite, friendly and professional staff who were easy to talk to. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice, well cooked and presented food served by friendly staff in a beautiful setting. It was lovely to see the drawing room frequented by so many visitors for coffee and light lunches. A ladies lunch group were there one day and a special birthday party another day. Monday lunch time had a jazz band. A quintessentially charming English hotel.

For my short stay it was comfortable and quiet.

Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

I thought breakfast was included in the price but it was not. Had to pay separately. The room floor makes squeaky noise when walking. But thats a minor thing.

Comfortable hotel in an ideal location near to the beach and town
Pros:

Very friendly welcoming staff. Great location near to the Russell Coates museum. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea. Good range of things for breakfast and great service.

Pros:

I love the staff they were all very kind and friendly I stayed in the hotel for few days around 5-6 days

Cons:

the last room I was in looked big but had a very small table and very to little decorations to give it a good sense and good atmosphere the shower is not so helpful that I could not put any essentials like shampoo anywhere and had to bend all the way down to grab the shampoo back it needs some small renovation for future visitors.
