Lovely stay after a long day's travel
Pros:

We had a lovely 2 days stay at Hotel Miramar after a long travel from The Netherlands. The location is perfect, direct access to the pier and beaches, yet very calm and relaxed. The staff was very friendly and we can recommend the restaurant

Cons:

No complaints, or issues except for an inside door handle that was loose (easy fix). The Hotel has one EV charger but this was sufficient at this time of year

Superb location on the East Cliff a short walk from the town centre. Well kept gardens and good car parking

Cons:

Service in the restaurant at dinner on night was slow but the food good and staff apologised for delays

- Unser Zimmer hatte einen Ausblick auf eine nahe Wand!

Happy with our short 2 day stay
Pros:

Lovely property,ideal location with a sea view from the garden.
Staff were polite and hospitable. Food in the restaurant delicious. Equally lovely staff throughout the entire hotel

The lift . Really small and feels a bit unsteady.

Pros:

Location was amazing. Loved sitting out front of the hotel in the evening havjng a drink (...or two!!) The No. 43 resturant was really lively and the food was really good. Bhumika and Jessica made us so comfortable and were very accomodating during breakfast and evening meal. Thank you so much.

Cons:

Our view over the roof tops from our room was a little disappointing, next time we'll definitely book a sea view.

Attitude of some serving staff. Off-hand and not what is expected in 4 star hotel. Food menus in room out of date -

It was clean and staff were nice. Was in a good location

Cons:

It was an older clientele and had absolutely no atmosphere. Food was expensive and I have never stayed in a hotel where you have to pay to park in there carpark!!

I am not coming back
Pros:

The hotel is close to the beach which is good and a reasonable distance to town.

Cons:

It needs a proper revocation.The prices you charge are not worth the hotel.The furniture is very old,everything is old i must say.To me it looked like a 1970’s hotel costing a leg,for what??For Being a walking distance from the beach??No.You guys need a serious revocation and a sound proof because we could hear footsteps the entire night.

Great location, rooms and surroundings. Would love to stay again
Pros:

Garden, lots of areas to relax. Friendly bar staff. Rooms high ceilinged and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast not explained well. Staff slow to come and take orders. Food average. Lift v scary! Pretty much nothing PAT tested past 2024.
