Pros:

We had the suite at the top of the building that had a beautiful view of the The Dardenelles and all the shipping. The owners spoke no English and did not accept credit cards. They also initially didn't seem to know how much they wanted to charge me, but later asked me for more money (which was correct) - fortunately I had enough cash to pay them. The building is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and the centre of the town.
