Alloggio discreto, ma servizio migliorabile.

Arredo della camera e aree comuni

Cons:

Le finestre non erano pulite e la camera, al pomeriggio dopo il nostro primo pernottamento non era stata rifatta: a pulizia della camera è avvenuta la sera solo dopo esserci lamentati con la reception.

War okay aber nicht nochmal für das Geld

Viele Licht Möglichkeiten im Zimmer

Cons:

Personal war unfreundlich
Teilweise gab es nicht mal Augenkontakt
Zimmer waren ganz andere als auf den Bildern
Waschbecken Armatur komplett zerkratzt
Zwei geteilte Betten die sich extrem leicht verschieben
Man hatte Angst sich im Schlaf zu bewegen weil man sonst im Spalt der beiden Betten landet

Im großen und ganzen habe ich von so einem Hotel etwas mehr erwartet

Zimmergröße, SPA-Bereich mit Saunen

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur, weil ich abends um 17:30 Uhr nachgehakt habe. Dann wurde kurz durch das Zimmer geschludert, benutzte Tassen/Gläser nicht weggeräumt, Boden nicht gewischt, Kaffee nicht nachgefüllt, Schwamm liegen lassen
