Very clean and staff are very friendly

Book a stay at this hotel! We were thrilled we did as the rooms were a decent size, check in was easy, breakfast was convenient and good (both Japanese and Western options), very clean, very quiet and most importantly the location was amazing! It is connected to the Shibuya train station so we could access any part of Tokyo very easily! Also walking distance to lots of dinning options and Shibuya crossing, but far enough away that it is quiet! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again! After staying at 4 different hotels during our Japan trip (including another in Tokyo), this was the best hotel overall!

Room was a tad small, but was very clean. Amenities like laundry and toiletries (razor, soap, tea, etc) are available 24/7. Staff was extremely helpful, and have a translator on hand if needed. Self check-in and check-out was very straightforward. Hotel has it own pathway to Shibuya station and easy access to JR line. I read a review saying stairs was the only way to get to the 3rd floor elevator to access the hotel, but there is an entrance to the left of the stairs where you can access the elevator on the 1st floor so you do not need to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor. Overall great stay.

You can’t beat the location- so convenient to go anywhere. The room is a bit small but enough for myself. Even though my room was right above the train track, the noice was minimal. There are many landmarks nearby, I highly recommend it.

Very modern and very good breakfast

Attached by a bridge to the shibuya train station- it was easy to get to the hotel with our luggage. And only a 10-15 min walk to shibuya crossing. For first time visitors, we loved this hotel, especially for the price. I was concerned about the “twin” bed they advertised for 2 people- it was as large as a full and comfortable. They have a coffee/tea machine in the lobby with some nice amenities available to take back to your room. Will definitely stay here again.

Very close to JR Station. Joined by Sakura station to the train station which makes it very handy going to and from the airport. Only a short walk to shibuya crossing. Highly recommend

Clean and connected to the subway but the check in process was too clunky! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is super conveniently located to everything I needed! Their laundry facilities were supremely helpful and the fact that I could check if any machines were free from the comfort of my room was amazing!! The front desk staff was really helpful and helped me book luggage forwarding to the airport for the first time, had a luggage scale to borrow, and had a fully stocked amenities bar for my personal grooming needs. I could not ask for a better hotel and will definitely be back!!

Liked being close to transit. However, the construction going on around the station makes it very hard to navigate where you’re going. Hotel was clean and quiet. Beds very hard which may or may not be your thing. Laundry room excellent

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and friendly. Get the breakfast buffet, it’s great!I really love this place.
