There are better places to stay
Pros:

we liked that our room had a mini fridge, and a private seating area out front. The area was a good location it was close to restaurants and stores

Cons:

the bed was super uncomfortable, the room is not sound proof at all and right outside of the street so it was very loud at all times, we could hear everything going on upstairs in the room above, and we felt like the staff were rude and unprofessional. They are not in the office when the hours state they’re open and they were closed the whole day of our checkout so we just left the key in the room.

Exceptional value
Pros:

Really clean and comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff. Plenty of space in the room.

Cons:

A very minor point - it would be very useful if they put hooks on the inside of the shower room doors so you can hang your clothes up while showering.

Pros:

Excellent value for money. I stayed a few places on the island and this was by far the nicest. The 'budget' room was basic but very nice and great value for a private room. Shared bathrooms were clean and there was communal outdoor space with hammocks and seating that was great to hang out in. Excellent central location and very friendly owner. The basic room had a fan and was a good temperature. It was quiet and calm but could still socialise with other guests in the shared outdoor area if you like.

Cons:

Der var meget lyt og lyst på værelset. Vi blev holdt vågne om aftenen og blev vækket meget tidligt om morgenen grundet støj fra mennesker

Pros:

Very well looked after.. the owner lives on site. Awesome location with everything near by. The mattress was firmer than I prefer.

Cons:

While I was there the temp was lower than I was expecting.. (first world problems) A heavier blanket for the night time would have been nice.

Visiting the outdoor bathroom at 2 or 3 am was no problem. À short walk under starry skies.

Decent value, central location.
Pros:

Decent value place right in the centre of things yet not noisy.
We had a budget room with a shared external bathroom which was kept scrupulously clean. The shower is hot and powerful.
There are good hammocks for lounging and coffee in the morning for $2
The room was a good size, and as plain as you would expect for the price.

Cons:

I'd have given this place 9* if not for the very sweet, super-affectionate stray cat who hangs out there. She's hungry and thirsty (she'll drink from the tap if you turn it on for her) and she just wants to be loved. The owner doesn't like her and I think chases her away, which is a shame - poor thing.
So if you see her, please be kind!

The room is well furnished and perfectly clean!
The location of the hotel is perfect.

Cons:

The biggest issue is clearly the mattress which is so bouncy and unconfortable that it kills your sleep.
Besides, this is not the hotel's fault but as the room is straight on the main street, it is very noisy from 6:00am every single day.

I would definitely recommend the property
Pros:

In a great location close to the split where everyone goes swimming. I could see the water from my balcony and had some lovely sunrises. water and coffee available in the office. Housekeeping attended to the room every day and the owner who lived on site was very responsive to my request. I really liked the private dock who spent some time out there reading and saw a stingray pass right under me.

Cons:

It would be nice if The outdoor patio area was more conducive for people to gather in the evening.
