A relaxing and convenient place to stay in Caye Caulker.
Pros:

There's a nice relaxed atmosphere about the place. My room was clean and comfortable and the yard outside and behind has shady places to sit or lie in a hammock, although there was some reconstruction work going on at the time I was there. There's also a nice pier they own going out to sea where you can sit or swim, although they didn't point this out till the last day. Caye Caulker doesn't really have any beaches, except at the ends of the island. There's no restaurant here, but it's well located for the many bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Companies organising snorkelling and dicing rips are nearby.

Cons:

They have quite an early checkout and no baggage storage, which is a disadvantage. They have plastic cups in the room, but I asked for a glass. They said they might be able to provide one, but it never came.

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Accueil à revoir.
Pros:

Accueil plutôt médiocre malheureusement. (Pas un sourire de la dame à l'accueil). Par contre femme d'entretien vraiment très gentille et souriante !
Malgré cela j'ai pu avoir ma chambre très tôt ! Merci.
Chambre simple, spacieuse, propre, avec ventilateur, petit bureau, essuis et savon.
Bon wifi, douche et WC commun propre avec eau chaude.
Très bien situé. Rapport qualité-prix très bon vu les prix pratiqués sur l'île ...

Cons:

Dommage que l'accueil de la dame ait été vraiment très médiocre car la note aurait pu être meilleure.

Muy caro para lo que es la habitación. Poco flexibles los propietarios

La cama es cómoda y el baño y ducha espaciosos. Tiene televisión y la entrada a la habitación es independiente de las demás lo que lo hace más privada. Estaba todo muy limpio

Cons:

No cuidan el equipaje y tampoco me permitieron atrasarme 10 minutos en el check in. Me iba a desayunar el día que dejé la habitación y como en Belice el servicio de restaurant o bars demoran mucho en traer la comida, avisé que era probable que volviera luego de las 10 am cuando debía dejar la habitación. Sin embargo, no me lo permitieron y me dijeron que sí o sí debía dejar la habitación a las 10, pregunté entonces si podía dejar las maletas en la oficina y también me dijeron que no cuidan el equipaje. No me gustó esta actitud e inflexibilidad, más que nada porque el precio de este hospedaje es bastante alto para lo que ofrecen. A su vez, decidí tomar el desayuno en los espacios comunes del hotel ya que pedí ene l restaurant que me prepararan el desayuno para llevar y durante todo ese tiempo que estuve allí desayunando, de 10 a 11 am aprox, nadie entró a mi habitación a limpiarla, por lo tanto no era necesario que la dejara a las 10 en puntos y podrían haberse flexibilizado.

Hostel options in Caye Caulker are really limited, and many of the few available places tend to have negative reviews. This guesthouse is a good alternative. The island itself is quite expensive, so while the room was not the most budget-friendly, it was reasonable.

The staff was very kind, and it’s a place where you can feel safe during your stay. The more affordable rooms felt somewhat motel-like. Although they are cleaned frequently, the bed sheets had small stains, and the curtains appeared worn and poorly maintained.

A major plus is the presence of fans in the rooms, which makes a big difference given the island’s heat and humidity. There are two bathrooms shared among four rooms, however, they are quite small, with low water pressure and no hot water.

On the positive side, the common areas are nice and inviting, and the guesthouse is very well located in the center.

Ubicación frente al mar. La Sra de limpieza muy amable. Puedes tomar café pasado

Cons:

El shuttle de Belice a Flores nos canceló el servicio 5 dias antes y tuvimos q adelantar la llegada y retiro de Belice 1 día. El hospedaje no nos permitió adelantar 1 día la reserva. Tuvimos que pagar una noche extra y perder la última noche.

Cortinas muy delgadas y no tapaban toda la ventana y la luz entraba muy temprano.

Estar como en casa en Cayo Caulker
Pros:

A pocos segundos del mar. Zona tranquila, no muy cerca ni muy lejos de la música. Tiene un porche precioso exclusivo para huéspedes enfrente del hotel, además puedes acceder a la playa. La atención fue muy buena en todo momento. 100% recomendable.

There are better places to stay
Pros:

we liked that our room had a mini fridge, and a private seating area out front. The area was a good location it was close to restaurants and stores

Cons:

the bed was super uncomfortable, the room is not sound proof at all and right outside of the street so it was very loud at all times, we could hear everything going on upstairs in the room above, and we felt like the staff were rude and unprofessional. They are not in the office when the hours state they’re open and they were closed the whole day of our checkout so we just left the key in the room.
