Super emplacement et pratique depuis l'aéroport
Pros:

emplacement top. Tout se fait a pied
La station de tram en provenance de l'aéroport est a -5 min a pied
Accueil top
petit dej charmant
Disponibilité du patron pour répondre a toutes questions
Parking couvert à 10 min a pied en dehors de la ZTL

Cons:

tout parfait
peut être que certaines pers aimeraient savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et que l'hotel est au 2ieme étage

Pros:

Приятный и отзывчивый персонал, помогли поднять и спустить вещи, так как лифта нет.
Было всё очень чисто, удобная постель, что дало хорошо отдохнуть:)
Вкусные завтраки, особенно круассаны. Так же есть свежие фрукты, клубника.
Нас заселили раньше чем было обговорено. Место расположения 10/10

Fantastic stay - highly recommended!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and felt very fresh. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore everything. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, both in the hotel and the surrounding area. A huge thanks to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and polite from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! I will definitely come back when I can.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation, the room was perfectly clean and warm every day. I felt very safe in the area. Very close to the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo and yet a very quiet area. The breakfast was excellent. Rocco was very friendly and extremely willing to serve and provide any information. The girls who worked there were very kind and always smiling. I would recommend it without hesitation for anyone who wants a nice and quiet stay in Florence.
