Pros:

Super emplacement, belles chambres confortables et modernes. Peu de vis à vis. Accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

Rien, le petit dej pourrait être un peu plus varié mais c'était déjà bien.

Klein, fein und genau richtig für einen Trip nach Florenz!
Pros:

Ein kleines, feines Hotel, sehr zentral, schön eingerichtet, Zimmer überraschend geräumig, hervorragendes Frühstück, wir kamen viel zu spät an und wurden super zum Self-Check-In angeleitet. Hatten ein Problem mit dem Parken, telefonisch sofort Hilfe bekommen, wir kommen gerne wieder und dann länger!

Cons:

Das einzige, was wir gerne vorher gewusst hätten, ist, dass man auch nicht zum Ausladen vor dem Hotel stehen bleiben kann. Parkplatz war aber super organisiert!

Florentine hospitality was perfect, wonderful location, comfortable stay, great breakfast.
Pros:

The property was charming, wonderfully located, and the hosts were hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and in the midst of unbearable heat, the air conditioning was welcome! The care and attention with recent renovations showed. It was the perfect place to land in Florence, and I would absolutely stay there again.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel was wonderful.

Siisteys oli erinomainen! Ystävällinen henkilökunta!

Cons:

Hotelli oli hiljainen eikä huoneista kuulunut mitään. Liikenteen ja ihmisten melu ulkoa kuului huoneeseen koko yön. Lisäksi klo 8 aamuisin alkoi remontti huoneen yläpuolella ja vastapäisessä kirkossa aloitettiin remontti hetkeä myöhemmin. Hyttysiä oli myös huoneessa. Aamupala oli melko suppea ja leivät kuivia. Kolmen hengen huoneen kalustusta voisi parantaa.

Great city and friendly staff, that was complimented by this beautiful boutique hotel.
Pros:

Great and safe location. Beautiful rooms and amazing staff. We were greeted kindly and shown our room upon arrival. It was extremely spacious and modern. Breakfast was phenomenal and the lady who prepared it was so kind. Much thought and care went into this property.

Cons:

It is on the third floor, so travel light. We were warned ahead of time, so it was not an issue. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location and staff, but prepare your self for lots of stairs
Pros:

Location and staff. Both are great. They even helped with restaurant reservations.

Cons:

Stairs - it is on second third floor which feels like 5th floor. It is a serious climb with suitcases and if you are tired from walking all day and want to get back and rest.

Es war im gross und ganzen in ordnung aber Preis, Leistungsverhältniss stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen.
Klimaanlage war sehr gut.
Personal war ganz okay.

Cons:

1. die Regendusche hat nicht fuktioniert und wenn man über 180 cm gross ist, musste man in die Knie gehen um duschen zu können.
2. Die Türen der Dusche konnte man nicht ganz schliessen, was zur überschwemmung des Badezimmers führte.
3. Die spühlung hat nicht gut funktioniert.

Zauberhaftes kleines Boutique-Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtet, herzliches Personal, sehr gute Lage (5 Min. Fußweg zur Accademia, 12 Min. Fußweg zum Dom).

Cons:

NIchts. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass das Hotel selbst und auch der Frühstücksraum eher klein sind, was aber nicht schlimm war.

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Il materasso era comodissimo. possibilità di scelta dei cuscini.
