Sin ninguna duda, si volvemos iria al mismo hotel. Muy limpio, personal encantador, Buen desayuno

Muy buena ubicación, puedes ir andando practicamente a todos los lugares más turisticos.
El desayuno muy bien. La chica que los sirve muy amable, encantadora.
El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones son grandes. Muy limpio todo. El baño muy bonito tambien.

Quizás que no hay ascensor.
Pero unas cuantas escaleras merece subirlas, porque el hotel y su personal son encantadores.

Cons:

The aircon was broken which was an incredible pain in 38 degrees Celsius! We barely slept for 2 nights. I understand mistakes happen but nothing was offered to make up for that major inconvenience.

Firenze divina grazie ad Hugo!

Della struttura mi è piaciuta indubbiamente la location in sè molto ben curata, pulita e indubbiamente centrale rispetto alla Basilica di Santa Maria Novella. Ben collegata e in un quartiere molto frequentato, ma non rumoroso!
Per me che sono celiaca avere una variante per la colazione è stato ottimo! Quindi ringrazio molto la disponibilità!
Si può entrare e uscire a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte grazie alle password che vengono fornite al momento del check - in. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Le camere pulite ed essenziali per un soggiorno da turista che vuole apprezzare Firenze, ottima la colazione e ottimo il prezzo!
Lo consiglio e ci tornerei subito! La struttura per la macchina fornisce un contatto diretto con il Garage Venezia, prenotano direttamente loro l’arrivo e i prezzi sono super! Ottimo servizio!
Rinnovo un ringraziamento enorme allo staff e alla sua gentilezza!
