Would definitely recommend and come back again.
Pros:

The hotel was super well located and stylish. The room was quiet and the bed, pillows, and sheets were comfy and clean. The airconditioning was perfect for the hot wheather.

Cons:

Not having an elevator was slightly inconvenient, but nothing serious. The breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was fresh and tasty.

Pros:

Άνετο δωμάτιο. Καλό πρωινό. Κοντά στο κέντρο κάτι που βολεύει τις μετακινήσεις πεζός

Cons:

Τα 55 σκαλοπάτια όταν ανεβάζεις βαλίτσες είναι ένα θέμα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σκοτεινό.

kahvaltı tipik italyan kahvaltısı. konum harika önemli yerlere yürüyüş mesafesinde.

Cons:

otel gibi sunuluyor ama resepsiyon saat 16 dan sonra gidiyor size kod veriyorlar tesise kod numarası ile giriyorsun.tesis 3. katta ve asansör yok. valizi indirip çıkarmak zorundasınız. bugün kızımın kruvasanın içinden sinek çıktı. normal birşey gibi sadece tabak değiştirdiler özür vs. olmadı.

... das Frühstück war ausreichend, der Service gut und die Lage des Hotels ist gut! Man ist schnell im Centrum und kann somit die Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und unkompliziert erreichen!

Ganska bra läge, ca 10 minuters promened till sevärdheter i city.

Hotel charmoso e bem localizado, mas com problemas de conforto.
Pros:

Hotel muito charmoso e aconchegante, com atendimento excelente. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e ajudaram com as malas. A localização também é muito boa, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. O café da manhã é bom e atende bem às necessidades.

Cons:

O hotel não tem elevador, o que torna o acesso aos quartos bastante cansativo, mesmo com a ajuda dos funcionários com as malas. Tivemos também um problema importante com o ar-condicionado durante o verão europeu: mesmo funcionando, a temperatura do quarto não baixava de 24 °C, o que foi bastante desconfortável para dormir. O suco do café da manhã também deixou a desejar — muito industrializado e com sabor de água açucarada.

Goede locatie. Hygiene was goed!
Goede airco op de kamer.
Ramen die open kunnen.
Ontbijt beschikbaar.

Cons:

Het hotel is 6 trappen omhoog, helaas geen lift.
Het bed werd zo opgemaakt dat als je de deken pakte, het hele beddengoed gelijk los zat. Gelukkig werd het beddengoed wel elke dag verschoond.

Maravilloso hotel en Florencia
Pros:

Nos encantó todo, habitaciones bonitas y comodisimas, baño grande, el personal súper amable, desayuno incluido. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Estámos haciendo una ruta por Italia y hasta el momento es mi preferido. Si volvemos a Florencia volvemos seguro. Por cierto muy buena ubicación a 6 mint de Duomo andando.

Cons:

Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, pero el personal nos ayudó así qué fantástico!
