A cozy and spotless hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it is a simple hotel, it is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we had a great night’s sleep every night.

The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome.

The location is another great advantage. It is within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions, yet situated in a quiet area, allowing us to relax and rest peacefully.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Konforlu ve keyifliydi
Pros:

Otelin konumu oldukça iyi bir yerde. Floransa içerisinde bir yerden başka bir yere ulaşmak zaten çok kolay. Otelden neredeyse her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve çeşitli. Odalar temizdi ve günlük temizlik de çok özenli yapıldı. Kaldığımız odanın dizaynı iyi düşünülmüştü. Ferah, estetik ve konforluydu.

Cons:

Otel bir apartman tipi binanın üst katında kalıyor ve binalar eski olduğu için de asansör bulunmuyor. Yaşlılar ve engelliler için sorun teşkil edebilir.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a quiet location

Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig, freundlich, zuvorkommend und zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Wir haben das Auto eine Minute fussläufig entfernt im Citypark Venezia abgestellt. Die Registrierung für die ZTL hat das Hotel übernommen. Der Eingang vom Hotel ist in der dritten Etg. und wir sind von Rocco sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer ist Top, eine 10/10 komfortable und modern. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und das Frühstück ist frisch angerichtet und hervorragend! Sehr nette Bedienung und tolles Ambiente. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Klein, fein und genau richtig für einen Trip nach Florenz!
Pros:

Ein kleines, feines Hotel, sehr zentral, schön eingerichtet, Zimmer überraschend geräumig, hervorragendes Frühstück, wir kamen viel zu spät an und wurden super zum Self-Check-In angeleitet. Hatten ein Problem mit dem Parken, telefonisch sofort Hilfe bekommen, wir kommen gerne wieder und dann länger!

Cons:

Das einzige, was wir gerne vorher gewusst hätten, ist, dass man auch nicht zum Ausladen vor dem Hotel stehen bleiben kann. Parkplatz war aber super organisiert!

Florentine hospitality was perfect, wonderful location, comfortable stay, great breakfast.
Pros:

The property was charming, wonderfully located, and the hosts were hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and in the midst of unbearable heat, the air conditioning was welcome! The care and attention with recent renovations showed. It was the perfect place to land in Florence, and I would absolutely stay there again.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel was wonderful.
