Good for what it was intended for
Pros:

The location is not the best but it served our purpose. I love that there is a shuttle to the mtr train station. Very very convenient. Made the stay so easy. Real value for money. There is a 7 11 also close by for convenience. I would definitely come back here.

Cons:

No play area for kids, or swimming pool

Pros:

I like the fact it has a free hotel shuttle bus to take you to the nearest underground station .

Cons:

I didn't like where the shower was fixed to the wall .Because it was fitted at the side of the wall .So was a bit of an awkward position to take a shower .It would of been better if the shower was fitted in the middle of the wall .

The hotel is a bit too far away from MTR which make it too inconvenient to travel.
Pros:

Clean and tidy.

Cons:

Location not convenient though shuttle bus to and from MTR is provided. Air conditioner too noisy. No bottled water.

爛透了，不要來
Cons:

訂兩間房間，一間房間冷氣壞掉，住宿方只會口頭檢查沒問題，實際兩間房間溫度他們去測試出來時有落差的，160間客房，沒有半間備用，堅持房間不換，160間客房半夜只有配一個完全沒有任何權限的小職員，說沒辦法替我們解決任何問題，早上經理也只會堅持「後台數據」有問題極差的體驗，千萬不要來，一肚子火

Everything was amazing.

Room very clean and spacious.

Great. That's all I can say.

Many people complain about location, but metro is only 8 minutes away by walk.

Very comfortable, nice staff and amazing service
Pros:

The staff are friendly, there are laundry facilities, the room is clean and it’s a short walk to the station.

Cons:

Although there is laundry facilities; it is probably best to note that you will need to put it on dry mode a lot longer than they say as the clothes were still damp when I took it out after a wash & dry + another 1 hour dry.
