Pros:

Overall the hotel was good, the front office were great, they speak English really good. breakfast was okay, food was already cold when I got there, bed is comfortable, the housekeeper need to be train more because there’s still dust in the side table of the bed, also below the bed there’s trash such as bottle lid, tissue or plastic bag that I found when I was looking for my slippers. The one thing that really bothers me that they didn’t pick up the trays full of leftover food in front of my room and another room who ordered room service, it become trash that other people jus throw their tissue on it. The trays were there for two days, even after I called the room service to come pick it up. Since then I never order room service anymore. It’s not healthy for the environment around the hotel if they keep doing that.
