Pros:

Odalar ve tesis genel olarak iyi. Ancak servis ve hizmet olarak aynisini soylememiz mumkun degil. En kalitesiz, yetersiz ve kotu kahvaltiyi burada gorduk. Cok buyuk bir beklentimiz olmamasina ragmen kahvaltida beyaz peynir ve cay (masanin ortasina icinde 1 tane sallama poset atilmis kocaman bir TERMOS vardi ancak onu cay diye icemedigimiz icin saymiyoruz) bile yoktu! En azindan dogru duzgun demlenmis bir cay istedik fakat o da gelmedi ve tatilimizin tek kahvaltisini caysiz yapmak zorunda kaldik, calisanlardan (resepsiyon da dahil olmak uzere) kaba saba yanitlar aldik. Ustelik 8 kisilik bir grup olarak topluca tek bir masaya oturduk ve otel de hinzirca bunu firsat bilerek 4 kisilik serpme kahvalti sundu, piskince yanitlar verdiler, inanamadik. Sayimiza gore kahvaltilik alamadik bile... Belli ki eksik personel calisiyordu ve hicbir sekilde otel musterilerine yetisemediler, hicbir istegimiz zamaninda gelmedi, kafa dinlemeye geldigimiz tatilde yok yere stres yuklendik. Personel, hizmet ve yiyecek icecek disinda otel fiziki ve cevre/ortam olarak sessiz sakin, guzel. Biz oda-kahvalti konakladik ve daha onceden internetten okudugumuz yorumlar dogrultusunda aksam yemegimizi otelde almamaya karar vermistik; kahvalti sonrasi iyi ki dedik. 3. kalite malzemeleri, yetersizlikleri, tavirlari ve yavasligi ile memnuniyet ve musteri devamliligi saglamalari cok cok cok zor.
