Ogólnie polecam, ale sprawdzić czy pokój jest posprzątany bo warunki super ale pokój porażka

To że na walentynki kwiaty i czekoladki dostarczyli do pokoju co prawda po ciężkiej batalii telefonicznej ale się udało- do tej pory nie wiem wówczas po co na bookingu jest funkcja specjalne życzenia.

Pobyt był jak najbardziej w porządku
Pros:

Czystość na holu jak i w pokoju. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Chcieliśmy pojechać pozwiedzać to pomógł z transportem wytłumaczył gdzie jaki tramwaj jedzie. Super pobyt.

Dostępność spa jest największym plusem w kontekście rozważania powrotu do tego hotelu.
Pros:

Na śniadanie pełen bogaty bufet do wyboru - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W restauracji bardzo polecam tatara - pyszności! Na deser czekoladowy fondant z lodami też świetny. Całe spa jest świetne i wspaniale, że było dostępne, razem z synem zaznaliśmy nieco "luksusu" na co dzień niedostępnego - jakuzzi, sauny, grota śnieżna, no i oczywiście basen. Skorzystaliśmy również z kręgli, bilarda i baru obok.

Cons:

W restauracji - na pewno rosół. Nie podszedł ani mojej mamie, która miała wielkiego smaka, ani mnie, ani też synowi. Nie był zły, ale nie był też dobry - po prostu dość nijaki. Różnił się jednak od rosołów ze styp i tanich restauracji. Jego podanie na takim talerzu (jak miska z szerokim, płaskim brzegiem) nie zostało pozytywnie przez nas przyjęte. Poza restauracją - koszt bowlingu -110 poza weekendem i 140 w weekend za godzinę - to "kapkę" za dużo. Bilard za 40/h to jeszcze w miarę rozsądnie. Co do parkingu, krytyka należy się za niespójność w podawaniu ceny na stronie hotelu w booking.com - znalazłem zarówno prawdziwą cenę 50 zł/dobę, jak i nieaktualną 40 zł/dobę.
