Overall OK, but I will not be coming back.
Pros:

Room was comfortable, big and clean. Staff was nice, I had a la carte dinner several nights in a restaurant and it was very tasty. For breakfast, there was a good selection of sweet and savory food. Location is very good. Gym is small but it is nice and it serves the purpose

Cons:

I booked (and paid) a room with double bed. Instead, I got a room with two single beds pushed together, so there was a bump in the middle. This kind of a deception I did not expect from upscale hotel. Also, they advertise as modern, business type hotel, however 95 % of guests were families with small children. There was never a time to use pool because it was always full of children. I understand they need to welcome all guests, however again it felt like a deception, because it was not as they were selling it.

Bardzo różnorodna oferta śniadaniowa, na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Wspaniała strefa SPA!

Dodatkowa płatność za parking na terenie hotelu. Fajnie jakby na basenie pojawiło się coś do dzieci.

Pobyt ogólnie udany choć słabo oceniam śniadania (jakość i smak)
Pros:

Hotel wygodny, pokoje ładne, całkiem fajna strefa saun choć nikt nie przestrzega tego, by nie wchodziły tam dzieci (!) ewidentnie jest to strefa 18+zgodnie z oznaczeniami. Część barowa duża, na plus jest kręgielnia choć dość droga (140 zl za godzinę za tor w trakcie Wielkanocy). Wygodne łóżka (materace).

Cons:

Jakość jedzenia ogólnie średnia, śniadania choć duży wybór niestety mają dość słabą jakość i średni smak. Zamówiliśmy również obiad/kolacje z karty: zalewajka niejadalna (kompletnie przesolona) i porcja bardzo mała, rosół ala ramen dość nijaki i dość słony. Schabowy i policzki wieprzowe oraz tatar okej (ale bez szału). Strefa basenowa: draśnięta już zębem czasu, szatnie leżaki, sam basen. Jacuzzi chłodne jak na jacuzzi i niestety wyłącznie jedno wcisnięte w róg co na tak duży obiekt często nie jest wystarczające. Poduszki bardzo miękkie i niewygodne.

Pros:

Na duży plus zasługuje bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu – od samego początku czuliśmy się dobrze przyjęci. Lokalizacja hotelu jest również bardzo dobra, co ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście i dostęp do atrakcji.
Czystość w hotelu była na dobrym poziomie, zarówno w pokoju, jak i w częściach wspólnych. Apartament był bardzo ładny, przestronny i wygodny dla rodziny. Dużym plusem jest także dostęp do atrakcji takich jak basen oraz kręgielnia, z których chętnie korzystaliśmy.Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Produkty były świeże, a wybór całkiem duży.

Cons:

Jeśli miałbym wskazać elementy do poprawy, to na pewno można byłoby bardziej urozmaicić śniadania, szczególnie pod kątem dzieci – dobrym pomysłem byłyby np. naleśniki lub pancakes.
Drugą rzeczą jest wyposażenie mini aneksu kuchennego w apartamencie. Skoro już się znajduje w pokoju, to przydałoby się podstawowe wyposażenie takie jak mały nóż, talerzyki czy podstawowe akcesoria, które pozwoliłyby realnie z niego korzystać.
