Trochę martwi opustoszała wielka restauracja i hall, ale to nie ma nic wspólnego z dobrym pobytem.
Pros:

Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, również obiad.
Dobra sauna, dość duzy basen.

Cons:

Brak pomocy przy wyladunku bagaży, ale wzięliśmy dostępny wózek i sprawa byla załatwiona.

Przestronny, przyjemny pokój, dobry dostęp z garażu, profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji, smaczne śniadania, dobra lokalizacja (w pobliżu park, Muzeum Przyrodnicze Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego, ul. Piotrkowska, restauracje i sklepy), ładny widok z okien (szczególnie z 10. piętra).

Cons:

Głośne stukanie klimatyzacji podczas włączania/wyłączania (w pokoju), ostatniego dnia było zimno na śniadaniu (gdzie na dworze było ok. 12 st. C) i na nic nie zdały się prośby o zwiększenie temperatury czy wyłączenie klimatyzacji.
