J'ai bien aimée la tranquillité de lieux et l'accueil chaleureux.
Pros:

J'étais très bien accueilli. Le lieux est super pour un séjour détente, il est bien situé a proximité des transports en commun.
Très bien pour se sentir comme chez soi.

Cons:

Franchement j'ai rien à dire, tout étais comme à la maison, ou presque.

It’s was perfect for us because we stood only 4 days and we were gone all day long, practically we only slept there :)
Pros:

Anna and Giancarlo are very nice and friendly, very close to the beach and stores, very big the apartment, with two baths and balcony, very quiet area.

Cons:

It should be renovated a little, it's not exactly the cleanest 100%, there are small leaks, but it's nothing

Pros:

Очень понравились хозяева. Приятные, дружелюбные. Отличное расположение. Близко пляж, магазины, транспорт, парковка. Большой холодильник и морозилка - это отлично. Чистое постельное белье. Отлично работал кондиционер. Было все необходимое.

Cons:

Не было чайника.

Pros:

Ho apprezzato la posizione molto vicina al mare e le biciclette che danno a disposizione

Cons:

Camera sporca, i bagni soprattutto pieni di muffa e sporcizia, ci hanno dato degli asciugamani e tovaglie bagnate, e gestito da i proprietari che sono abbastanza maleducati, dopo aver fatto la richiesta per i cani e avermelo confermato mi hanno detto che non avevo fatto nessuna richiesta, non li consiglio

I signori della reception molto cordiali!! In camera abbiamo trovato anche la cucina, a pagamento se utilizzata.

La camera era molto datata con varie cose da sistemare ad esempio tavoletta del wc rotta, finestra che non si chiudeva, patio molto in disordine, non adeguatamente pulita, molto umida . Dalle foto ho visto camere molto carine , non è stato il nostro caso purtroppo.

Ich habe noch selten zwei so herzliche Menschen getroffen wie diese Hotelbesitzer.
Inklusive die fahrt mit dem Segelboot, es war Traumhaft.
Zwei Herzensgute Menschen.

Нам очень понравился семейный отдых в этой гостинице. Владельцы очень хорошие, дружелюбные и приветливые. Мы получили огромное количество теплых и незабываемых впечатлений. Прогулка на катере была захватывающей. Гостиница находится в прекрасном расположении к пляжу, сдесь очень тихо и спокойно. Вблизи находятся различные достопримечательности, развлечения и торговые точки. На рецепции работает тоже очень приятная русскоязычная сотрудница, которая может помочь в любых вопросах. Всем огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых.

Very nice stay :)
Pros:

Very nice and friendly staff, good localisation very near to the beach. Dog's friendly. Family atmosphere. We could feel safe. Also it was important that we had free parking space.

Cons:

On our lower floor the view from the window wasn't very impressive. But it was a minor problem.

Nice surprice from a cheap hotel close to the beach!
Pros:

Excellent service, clean hotel close to the beach and also cheap. The owners made it even better by being always there for everything you need and for all kind of information. They have a contract with the beach no 89 and sunbeds are much cheaper than the regular price. Also as a surprise they organized half day boat tour with a prosecco and snacks all for free, and the owner was the captain. Also there was a several bicycles in the yard, you can choose if you want to have a ride around the Rimini also for free, no any charge at all. Thank you for making my holiday better. Deffinitly coming back again.
