Pros:

The breakfast and the location were both great.

Cons:

I couldn't regulate the heat and was hot. i opened the window and it was noisy. I heard toilets flushing all the time and I heard walking on my ceiling from the room above. The shelf with the body wash was too high for me to reach it.
