JR津田沼駅に直結していてとても便利でした。
東京と千葉にの訪問にアクセス抜群でした。
朝食のバリエーションがあってとても美味しかってです。
また東京や千葉に旅行する時はぜひ利用したいホテルでした。

Pros:

It's a nice place. Train station is close because the hotel is kind of connected to it. There's a lot of multistory malls within a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat around.
The only thing I can think that was a problem was finding the front desk to check in. You have to use the elevators next to the Denny's on the 3 floor. Front desk is on the 6th floor if I remember right.
Overall a nice stay!

出張で千葉へ行く時は必ず利用しています。近くに飲食店が沢山有り、駅前にあるので電車での移動もかなり楽です

Great cost performance
Pros:

It was great cost performance place. The room was a little small so i couldn't comfortably open up my suitcase. Trousers press machine was a bit wrinkled but I enjoyed it cuz it was in the room. In the room was also an air purifier which I liked. It costed ~50usd per night. The coffee they provide was very nice actually.
