לקחנו חדר דלאקס חדר מרווח עם מרפסת , המיקום של המלון קרוב לחוף הילטון המהמם, השירות של הבנות בקבלה היה מעולה .
ושווה גם לקבוע ארוחת ערב בקפה פופולאר אנחנו מאוד נהננו.

לקחנו חבילה ללא ארוחת בוקר, קיבלנו שדרוג חדר בלי שביקשו, וגם תוספת של יין ושוקולד לאווירה רומנטית. חדר עם אמבטיה וטלוויזיה מתכווננת למיטה או לספה. סבון עם ריח מצויין השירות היה מעולה של vip גם לאחר שעזבנו את המקום. מומלץ בהחלט!
קצת היה מוזר שרוב עובדי המלון לא דוברי עברית בכלל.
אבל עם זאת היו מאוד אדיבים ושירותיים. ובמיוחד המנהל שידאג לנו באופן אישי

המקרר לא עבד. המזגן לא קירר. המקלחון מטפטף בזמן שמתקלחים. הידית של המקלחון שבורה

שלא אומרים שלא מקבלים דיינרס או העברה בנקאית.
והנציגה בקבלה לא הייתהתוחה לשום עזרה כולל התכתבות עם המנהלים שלה שלא רוצו לתת פתרון.
מלבד תשלם בדרך אחרת או שתבטל את המלון.

בכניסה למלון היה ריח רע
Very small room
The staff was very hospitable they even gave me a bottle of wine and chocolates for my birthday, the room was big and had an amazing view of the city.
The bed was extremely comfortable and clean.
The room wasn’t the cleanest,the chair in front of the tv had stains on it so does the curtain, which isn’t that bad to be honest but it’s noticeable
אהבתי את החדר מאוד,מרווח ונקי.
הריח במלון נוראי בגלל שהכניסה למלון לתוך מסעדה .ריח חזק של על האש ומטבח איך שנכנסים ובמעלית ועולה מבחוץ גם למרפסת החדר.
למים החמים במקלחת לוקח מעל 10 דק להגיע.
וקצת הפריע לי שהמענה בקבלה ובטלפון רק באנגלית. שברתי שיניים וזה לא היה מזמין ונוח.
