الجناح نظيف ومميز
الموقع جميل جدا وقريب من المطاعم والكافيهات والبحر. والخدمة ممتازة. وكذلك الإفطار كان مناسب جدا.
رائحة السجائر في معظم مرافق الفندق عدا الأدوار المخصصة لغير المدخنين. وللأمانة يجب الحرص على اختيار الأدوار التي بها الغرف لغير المدخنين.
وكذلك الفندق به نادي ليلي بالرغم انه معزول وبعيد عن مداخل الفندق الرئيسية الا أنه يجب أن يعزل جيدا لمنع وصول أية أصوات للموسيقى في الليل للغرف.

The room was spacious and had a big cupboard and washroom, the parking was difficult to find at night as many visitors come and park their car inside the hotel.
The hotel has a restaurant/ lounge Gusto operated by them on the 4th Floor. There are Morrocan girls Sultana and Hannah scamming the guests, I asked about the Sheesha and drinks and for the menu and they did not bring the menu but a lady (Hannah) came and asked what i would like to order, I asked her the price of Sheesha and she said 5 BD, I said okay bring mint flavor, now her other friend comes over and sits besides me and introduces herself, the waitress quickly come over and asks for drinks for the lady, I said no she said its customary to buy drinks or sheesha for the lady I said okay bring the sheesha and they brought it and after serving it then brought the card machine, asking for 30 BD 5 for my Sheesha and 25 for the Lady, I said how can you charge 5 times more the price and they said lady price is 25 BD. and I had to pay, then 5 mins later this girl asks for a drink, I refused and told her I already paid for the sheesha then she calls this Other girl who claims herself as the host (Hannah) explains to her in arabic and leaves, then Hannah sits for 5 mins with me and says I am going to get a drink, I told her clearly I will not pay but she brings it and sits with me for 2 minutes and demands another 25 BD for the drink. I refused and she says I sit with you so you have to pay, so I was again forced to pay 25 BD more I asked for the invoice and the menu and she doesnt provide any, I go and complain to the reception who refer me to security and they say there is no morrocan employees at the restaurant. and they are not liable for independent guests, while these Scammers continue top operate the same scam with multiple people and getting commissions for each upsell directly from the hotel.
Clean and comfortable room. Housekeeping team is doing great job. The location is good but I would not recommend it for families on weekends. It gets busy and noisy at night.
Swimming pool wasn't well maintained. Needs daily cleaning and fresh towels.
