Pros:

I would like to give a shoutout to Antony who did many small things which made my stay better. I left a bottle of water at the check in, he kept it refrigerated until I returned. I ordered food to be delivered and he provided cutlery and napkins for the room. Although small gestures, he couldn’t have been more helpful.

A lovely stay in my old home town
Pros:

The staff were friendly and efficient, our room was clean and comfortable, and the food / wine was good.
There is a very positive atmosphere throughout the building.
Parking on site was available and free.
The location is good and there are frequent buses if you want to use public transport.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I disliked. (The only thing my husband missed was real ale but then, they don’t claim to have it.)

Everything about this place is simply superb! Amazing friendly staff. Clare, Paige and the rest of the team are all awesome! Tasty food. Definitely recommended.

We would never stay again & would not recommend
Pros:

Good looking from the outside. Nice bar & restaurant area

Cons:

We were locked out of the hotel for an hour as no one would answer the door. We nearly had to sleep in the car! Housekeeping kept knocking our bedroom door in the morning as we were getting ready to leave! The room was clean but smelt extremely musty too!!!

Pros:

Love everything about the place. The staff are amazing. Clare, Paige, Anthony and all the others are fantastically friendly and helpful. The food is delightfully delicious. Great range of drinks. Room 10 is the star room and all the other rooms are excellent too. Definitely recommended.

Pros:

Ive stayed with Eccleston loads of time, we stayed in the suiet, the room is gorgeous, we really like it in there.

Cons:

The staff came to the room and accused me and my boyfriend for smoking. I do not smoke my partner does, but did it outside but accused of doing in the room. They asked us to leave or they was guna ring the police I was mortified as ive stayed here loads of times just thought I was treated with utter disrespect and I was told I cant book here again. Just felt absolutely disregarded as a loyal customer.

Cons:

We could not regulate our shower to a comfortable water temperature. It was piping hot and we couldn’t get any response from the control knobs to get a useable water temperature. Water pressure was good.

Good stay but more attention to detail needed and communication

Lovely hotel lovely comfortable beds

Cons:

No hand towels left in our room or toilet rolls and the tea coffee milks etc were not topped up, I had to go down in the morning to try to get some toilet rolls and hand towels which wasn't ideal. Sunday lunch would of got 5 stars but they run out of Yorkshire pudding never explained or appologised and put a half on each plate and none on the small meals and forgot roast potatoes on one .
