The location was very quiet, Grab or Bolt into Jontiem or Pattaya every single night sometimes 15-45mins each way depending on traffic.

ควรมีป้ายบอกลานจอดรถ หรือให้ รปภ เดินประกบตามเพื่อหาที่จอดให้ รปภ พูดไม่ค่อยดีมาไล่ให้ไปจอดลานข้างหลังหรือโรงแรมข้างๆ เรายินดีเลื่อน แต่ขอคำพูดหรือน้ำเสียงที่ดีกว่านี้

The swimming pool was very nice, and the breakfast staff accommodated our vegetarian food request, though there was no veggie stuff already available in the buffet.
When I requested some additional sachets of coffe (might cost less than 5 Baht each), the staff at the reception gave a very direct single worded 'no' and went back to work. Which didn't feel very friendly or helpful. While, we can always buy one as there is a 7/11 within 5 mins, it truly is a matter of convenience for toursits that are there for short term and dont want to carry an entire coffe box with them on their onward journey. It's the same with some extra drinking water. It felt like the hotel was trying to focus on making profits as much as possible than focusing on customer experience. It felt like we were staying at a really low budget hostel instead of a hotel. There are little things that can make customer experience better.

Localisation un peu loin de Pattaya si on veut y aller quotidiennement (mais ce n'était pas notre cas)
