Nice Residence
Pros:

The arrangement into the apartment was really efficient, great space and large enough for a couple and a baby.
We were able to check in earlier and the convenience to get breakfast delivered to the apartment each morning was a plus.
Location wise regarding Alberobello was really easy to reach, we weren't lucky with weather though so we have not been able to walk to the center but as we were told it was really close to the main attractions.
You have a Conad supermarket down the résidence which is perfect renting an apartment.
The 2 persons we met (upon check in and delivering the breakfast) have been kind to us.
Small structure with privacy of the apartments. As far as we have seen there are 6 apartments and it feels really private and cosy.
Maybe some condiments in the kitchen as a 'starter pack" would be a nice gesture besides providing with a kettle for tea & coffee would be a nice addition to the apartments

Cons:

Booking online was written free crib
Hence we did requested it
However when contacted by the Residence team we were asked 10€/day which seemed unproper as told by Booking that it was provided free of charge. We then canceled our request.
Upon check in we were told cleaning would occur on the next day, however none has been done. Fortunately we stayed only 2 nights and most of the time outside therefore it was not an inconvenience. However if told, clients would expect service to be delivered.

Cuidado com as fotos do booking!
Pros:

Café da manhã, estacionamento e da roupa de cama. O banheiro tb era bom, mas muito gelado. O aquecedor num funcionava.

Cons:

Me senti isolada. Por conta da época do ano não
Tinha ninguém. Só na hora do check in e out.
A localização tb não era das melhores.
