I come here every year. The apartments are great and the environment is safe. Highly recommended

三人分で予約。ベッドルームが個別に3部屋、シャワールーム2つは良かったが、1つのシャワールームはぬるいお湯しか出なくて実際使えなかった。外出時にルームキーカードを外すと冷蔵庫の電源が切れてしまうので、要冷蔵のものを保管したかったら1枚のカードは入れておかなければならないのが不便。ベランダにドラム式洗濯機があるのは助かった。ウォシュレットは設置されて居たが何故か作動しなかった。土足のまま部屋の中を歩くのは苦手なので使い捨てスリッパが欲しかった。建物の入口が路面に接していないので最初は分かりにくかった。

Facilities were fantastic (good pool and amazing gym)! We were able to late check out by a couple of hours for our afternoon flight. A bit hard to find (need to go past the escalators and through a frosted glass door towards the back of the building to get to the check in desk).

State of the art exercising equipment! Fabulous!!

Cons: Firstly the signage for the apartments were not good. It took us a while to drive around and find the apartments.
Secondly, the swimming pool was green so swimming was out of the question. Maybe this was due to the holiday period but there should be a warning to whomever wants to book an apartment with a swimming pool that the pool is not in use. Or maybe a discount should reflect that the pool is not available.
Pros: the service from both receptionists were fantastic! Especially Ms Hien! Our flight was delayed 4 hours so I asked to check out later, Ms Hien was very understanding and helped us.
The room is very clean and has everything you need.
Highly recommend this apartment, even just for the cleanliness and the super service from Ms Hien. Thank you.

2룸이 넓고 편해서 좋았으나, 화장실 하나가 하수구 냄새가 심하여 사용할수 없을정도 였습니다. 주방은 커피컵이 없어서 당황스러웠고, 유리컵도 새개중 2개가 깨져있었습니다.

찬구들과의 하노이 숙박지로 최고였습니다.

公寓新穎內部空間寬敞舒適，有廚房、冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機，公寓樓下隔壁就有大型超市及傳統市場，不論購物或用餐都很便利，雖然離市區有些距離，但坐車其實很方便。下次到河內還會考慮入住。

The apartment is beautiful! I love how spacious it is, with a modern twist. I love how it has a washer and dryer, which made it easier for travellers to pack light. The kitchen utensils have been helpful for people who would like to whip up a quick meal. However, the apartment does not provide detergent and dish washing sponge. Would be even better if it is provided. Staff have been friendly too!

Séjour fantastique pour le confort, les commodités, les grandes pièces et la propreté impeccable. Idéal pour les voyages en famille ou avec des amis en raison de l’immense salon et cuisine, laveuse/sécheuse. Excellent rapport qualité/prix! Wi-Fi excellent.
