The front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite. We enjoyed the one night we stayed here!
There are a lot of amenities that are advertised but are not actually available. I am very disappointed.
I specifically chose this location because it advertises a “free shuttle service” to and from the airport and, as this was the end of the trip, I knew I would be low on cash and needing free transport from the airport. Instead, they charge you 200 baht for transport.
They also advertise laundry services but when I asked, the front desk told me they don’t have any. Very angry, as I did not do laundry at my prior hotel because I thought it would be easier to do everything at my last hotel.
The pool is much smaller than it is made to appear in the pictures.
The location is very inconvenient. Even though it is close to the train station, it is not at all walkable because there is no sidewalk and the hotel is on a highway.
There are very few, if any places to eat. The “restaurant” advertised on the website was never open when I checked (during normal lunch and dinner times) for the two days I was there. When I asked about food options, the front desk told me to go to Seven Eleven!!
The WiFi is also very weak and I would constantly lose service. Don’t think that you can stream Netflix on their WiFi. They offered a smart tv in the room, but none of the apps worked because the internet signal was so weak.
Dumo - stay far far away if you are a Foreigner because they will cheat you
This place is a DUMP. I requested an extended checkout because flight was at night - told ok - I get a harassing call from the front desk that I would now have to pay for a second night despite being told BEFORE I booked this DUMP that late checkout was fine. On top of that place is run down with no place to eat within walking and taxis stay far away leaving you trapped on a island. There are way too many nicer places
There was nothing around the hotel so you were forced to eat there, they claim to have a free airport shuttle they don’t, they try to use private cars that more then double the cost of a taxi, AC doesn’t work the best
We had to book 2 rooms. But very disapponited. Hôtel very noisy not clean at all... by the way is it a real hotel???
Overall good hotel experience. However, it was a little challenging to get a taxi to the airport link during the morning commuter hours.
The best part of my short stay at the hotel was their friendly and very helpful staff.
Like other hotels outside the suvanabhumi airport, this hotel was in the middle of residential area. Newer but no-frill, no fancy amenities (eg lotion.) But, it’s definitely ok for the price.
The bad part however was that no walkable restaurants /convenient stores open nearby when I got there and it’s quite difficult to find. Google map literally tried to guide my cab to drive thru a wall to get there. Also, I had to leave the hotel at 4am when most taxis had to change their shifts. No one would come to get us at the hotel. Hotel staff saved the day by offering to drive us to the airport. Thank you again.
I used to stay at another no-frill hotel nearby that had its own shuttle/van (not rely on publicity taxis). They should do that here too.
So, please consider this fact before you book. For me, if I have to leave the hotel during the wee hours eg 10pm-6am again (not having to deal with traffic factor) ,I would rather stay inside the city and get a cab from there. Pay a few dollars more but don’t need to worry about transportation, plus you’d get to eat and enjoy Bangkok the night before too.
The staff at this hotel was very nice and answered all my questions. The hotel was very clean and close to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.
Service is great, close to airport, clean, large rooms and modern.
Only drawback is that it seems to be in an industrial area - there are no restaurants, bars etc around.
Nice hotel close to the airport. Very friendly helpful staff
We booked this hotel through Wot if and when we contacted the hotel (2 days before) re their shuttle service I was told we did not have a booking. After much discussion with the hotel we had to book another hotel in that area (near airport for plane transfer) Not happy with Hotel or Wot if.
Our room was really nice. Unfortunately, we didn't stay at this place long as we booked it to just get one nights rest in between flights out of BKK. The room was very comfortable though, and the WiFi was great. Since we were there for such a short time, good A/C, a comfortable bed, and good WiFi was all we needed.
The front desk was helpful too, as well as the hotel's shuttle driver. The shuttle driver was very nice and helped us a lot. He was very enthusiastic to help us with our bags and show us to our room as well as show us to some food.
The hotel shuttle driver was very helpful as we had troubles getting a shuttle to the hotel, so being able to call up the hotel and have a driver sent to pick us up helped us a lot, especially since the taxi line was hours long.
My flight from Hong Kong was delayed several hours, so I did not land in BKK until after 2am. Yet there was the driver to meet me, and took me right to the hotel, then my bags (scuba gear) up to my room. In the morning, they had a huge group to meet at the airport just before my departure, so no staff to drive me - so the owner, who was there working on the new addition, drove me to the airport herself! I had plenty of time to make my flight.
The exterior of the hotel is fairly plain, but it is under construction with the new additions. The interior of the lobby is sparse but it is a working space. The rooms are well outfitted, spacious enough with all the amenities you might want, clean, well maintained, very comfortable queen bed, very nice shower in a spotless bathroom.
I certainly recommend it; I only had the short overnight stay, but I've had my share of places who disappointed, and this is someplace I would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, I will likely book them again in July when I return.
Staff friendly and helpful, but it was a very soulless hotel. Room v basic, bed and pillow v uncomfortable and noisy neighbours did not help. Pool okay.
Pleasant stay! A very good location! If you need to relax before or after a long fight! Shuttle will also get you to your flight on time! Just advise hotel staff the time you need it!
Hotel did not look like the pictures, staff were very friendly, but did not speak very much English so was very difficult to communicate. The biggest issue we had with this place is that no one really knew where it was or how to get there, so we were stranded at the train station unable to get a taxi to take us there or anywhere near there. We ended up taking the train to the airport and trying to catch a taxi there. Luckily, one of the taxi drivers had an idea of where it was and explained it to another who eventually drove us there. If we had had a working phone, I'm sure the hotel shuttle car could have picked us up, but again would have been difficult to communicate over the phone. Room was very clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and cute, just think they should consider their location and be sure to tell guests exactly how to get there or how to communicate where they are located.
It looks like it was new-opened. Still some work not finished in its surroundings, but there was actually no problems. Reception and rooms were all nice and clean.
Just about ok for one night stopover to airport. Staff could not understand English very well. Breakfast was extremely poor and the staff showed no interest at all, the only saving grace was the shuttle to the airport but you can get a taxi for less than 100 baht anyway.
It was exactly what was needed after a long flight. Nice room with clean linens, very close to the airport and would definitely use again for a stop over.
