Kellemesen eltöltött hétvége, kompromisszumokkal.
Pros:

A személyzet figyelmes, udvarias, segítőkész. A szállás elhelyezkedése, megközelíthetősége jó. Rendelkezik önálló, saját parkolóval bár az fizetős volt. A gyógyfürdő és a belváros gyalog is könnyen megközelíthető. A reggeli és az ebéd az épületen belül fogyasztható el.

Cons:

A pezsgőfürdőt a vacsora után már kikapcsolva találtuk. Bár visszakapcsolták, de a víz meglehetősen hűvös volt benne. A szauna kihűlt, így nem volt funkcionálisan használható. Reggelinél és vacsoránál is meglehetősen szűkös volt a választék és az elfogyott ételeket nem is nagyon pótolták. Ez lehet, hogy csak azzal magyarázható, hogy még nagyon kevés vendég volt, de ennek ellenére kínos volt.

Cons:

Azzal kezdődött megérkezéskor, hogy + 60ezret kellett fizetnem mert állítólag nem jól foglaltuk a szállás! (Nem esett jól!) A jakuzzi vize jéghideg volt a szobák kicsik a reggeli gyenge!!!

Az étel ízletes és finom volt. A szálloda a város közepén nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el.

Cons:

Láthatóan a személyzet létszáma nem elég, ez az étkezések során látszik nagyon. A pincérek kevesen vannak, ez abban volt látható, hogy nem tudták időben feltölteni az ételt, italt, evőeszközöket és poharakat a svédasztalos reggelinél és vacsoránál,. Gyakran nem volt pohár, kiskanál stb.
