Rundum perfekt, alles war schön und man hat eine Ruheoase inmitten des Stadtzentrums geschaffen
Pros:

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal, es ist immer bemüht, alles perfekt zu gestalten. Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es sehr ruhig im Hotel! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und sehr grün gestaltet. Für ein 4* Hotel bekommt man mehr Leistung als man es erwartet.

Cons:

Die Handtücher fein Pool müssten mal erneuert werden! Und die Auflagen für die Liegen sind ziemlich dünn. Ansonsten gab es für den Preis wirklich nichts zu meckern!!

Amazing experience
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. The breakfast plentiful and all the food at the restaurant was excellent. The pool was good and the bed comfortable

Cons:

The rooms a little dated but functional. Also not on the beach. We downloaded. Grab which is like uber. You need cash but super cheap to get anywhere

Pros:

A clean, welcoming place in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the Cowboy Night dinner. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was great, and the live band made the evening truly unforgettable. It was such a fun and unique experience.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and memorable entertainment. We would happily come back!

An oasis in residential Sanur with fabulous breakfast, beautiful gardens, 20 mins walk or 2 km Grab to the beach
Pros:

Gardens, pool, breakfast buffet quality, beautiful room with outdoor bathroom. Edy the restaurant manager was extremely hospitable and we felt very well looked after.
It is as lovely as the photos!

Cons:

Location - though we knew where it was when booking, the walk only 20 mins to the beach / restaurant strip was a bit perilous and not many crossing options for the main road which was a barrier. The hotel shuttle was only once every 2 hours and whilst a 2 km Grab is quick and cheap, it takes as long as walking due to the traffic to get to the main beach area.

Déception totale au vue de la promesse de vente.
Pros:

- La gentillesse du personnel
- réaction positive du personnel suite aux problèmes rencontrés ( 1 repas offert en compensation).

Cons:

- chambre vétuste, aucune vue piscine comme réservé.( voir photo)
- situation loin du centre( pas comme indiqué sur booking) car une autoroute a traversé ( très dangeureuse) donc très long détour (+/- 20min de marche supplémentaire que ce qui est indiqué sur booking.
- restaurant et bar cher pour la région.
- piscine avec très peu de transats+ coussins délabrés et pas de serviettes disponibles. (Photo)
- travaux à proximité jusque 23:00PM ( aucun avertissement par rapport à cela).

Authentic Balinese grace and style - would recommend.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely gardens and pool - the rooms are quiet and well-appointed and the staff are super efficient and friendly. It has an authentically Balinese style which I love.

Cons:

It is on the 'wrong' side of a main road that you need to cross to get to a lot of the shopping and restaurant areas - the hotel does offer a shuttle bus though which is great.

Pros:

This resort was hands down the best resort I have ever been to. The staff went above and beyond and were so incredibly friendly. The food was AMAZING and even the events run by the resort were so fun!! Money exchange, convenience store and laundromat were a tiny walk away, and the free shuttle took you to the best location.

Absolutely will be staying here again, didn’t want to leave!! Could not recommend this place enough.

Pros:

Was daar met gezin. Echt paradijs op aarde.
Zo mooi en ontzettend leuke details. Heel vriendelijk personeel, ze denken fijn mee. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Rustige locatie en dus geen geluidsoverlast oid
