Beautiful and excellent value for money, although the room set up is unique
Pros:

The pool, breakfast, spa, restaurant were all excellent. Clean, great value for money, and beautifully Balinese. The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The room set up is a little weird; you walk through the open bathroom to get to the bed and balcony. The toilet and shower are separate but with see-through glass doors.

A gem to find...
Pros:

The hotel was a lovely wee find in Sanur. Big enough to be a resort, but small enough to feel a little more intimate. The staff were wonderful and the pool size is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms.

Cons:

There's little not to like about the Alantara - it was excellent value for money. However, if I was being overly critical - my only two comments would be the following: The Alantara is a wee distance away from Jl. Danau Tamblingam. Whilst not a huge walk (about 10-15 mins), you do have to cross a very busy road. Hubby and I took the pushbikes, but we are confident in the traffic - this may be daunting for many. In any case, a taxi or Gojek was less than a few bucks so all in all, not a biggie. The distance means its lovely and quiet!
My only other feedback would be the breakfast - there could be a larger selection of choices. However, all in all - very little to grumble about. A wonderful stay and we would certainly go back!

Awesome!
Pros:

We love everything about this hotel, the genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay very memorable and special. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. The room was nice, spacious, the pool was incredible, the Restaurant was great! It is a few minutes drive to the beach and to the centre but they offer a free shuttle service.

Proche de l'aéroport.

Cons:

L'hôtel le plus cher de mon voyage et le moins bon.
Ils essayent de faire du lieu un hôtel de catégorie supérieure mais n'en ont pas les moyens.
Viande largement trop cuite, serviettes de bains manquantes, aucun sens commercial, faire payer un gobelet de glaçons c'est un peu mercantile....

Beautiful hotel and staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing. The hotel was beautiful. The food was exceptional

Cons:

The location was not for us. ( that’s just us ) Not much around and we had to organise transport to go anywhere. Hotel offered shuttle every 2 hours but we like to explore and then come back for a swim and head out again.

Bali paradise in one location.
Pros:

The setting is a Bali paradise. The grounds, the pool and the layout are beautiful. The staff are fabulous. We had our anniversary there and they went all out to make it special. We appreciated that. They have several theme nights and they’re great value.

Cons:

I loved the whole place. Although bikes were provided by the hotel, it was difficult to get to the beach promenade to ride along that cycling stretch. Crossing those busy roads is hair raising.
