Pros:

It was brilliant and I’d highly recommend.

Cons:

There was a small amount of building to one side but I changed rooms and didn’t hear anything again.

Great place & fantastic staff !
Pros:

Staff are wonderful , the whole place is very clean . Our room was excellant , private pool & the bed was big & comfortable . So many friendly staff on hand to attend to everything . We enjoyed breakfast , the coffee was SO GOOD .

Cons:

It is a small distance from the beach but getting a Grab taxi was so cheap & fast it didn’t matter .

Would highly recommend. Very baby friendly and wonderful staff. Beautiful resort :D
Pros:

The room was wonderful and very baby friendly as they have a curtain divider to block out the light coming in from the outdoor bathroom. The cot was great too. Bed was very comfy and didn't make any noise which was good with a baby.

Cons:

The only thing that would be great, but didn't effect us, would be to have the shuttle from the Alantara to the main road in Sanur to run a little more frequently. But like I said, it didn't effect us.

Great place to rest and recharge before heading to Gili Islands
Pros:

This spot is the perfect stopover before heading to Gili Air Island early the next day. The convenient location means you can easily pick up any supplies and have a wander around the area. The pool is fantastic, the gardens are beautifully kept, and it was a real bonus to enjoy dinner at the onsite restaurant.

We will definitely be back! Most amazing stay!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, always asking about our day and if we needed anything. The buffet breakfast that was included in our stay was the best we ever had!

Cons:

This wasn’t too much of an issue, but the hotel is located on the other side of the bypass which meant you had to cross busy traffic when going to the beach.

Perfect!
Pros:

We all (7 of us) LOVED the Alantara. Amazing attentive friendly staff. Excellent food. Pool area is devine especially the swim up bar. I liked the location being away from the busy beach and shopping area with a pool that anyone walking down the beach path isn't peering into.

It was tranquil, serene and nothing was too much of a bother for staff.
Pros:

The design and overall look and feel was beautiful which complimented all the staff and their friendly, attentive, polite interactions. They were lovely as was the food, the cleanliness and overall ambiance.

Cons:

It was a little too far away from the action and the bus only went every 2 hrs which wasn’t convenient- an hourly van to central Sanur would be welcome.

Vorneweg: das The Alantara ist kein Strandhotel, das wußten wir vorher und das war für uns nicht wichtig; die Poolanlage ist dafür umso schöner angelegt und wir haben dies an den ausflugsfreien Tagen genossen.

Das Frühstück bot alles, was das Herz begehrte: frisches Obst & Gemüse, tolle frisch Säfte, Kaffeespezialitäten inkl. veganer Optionen an Milch, Tee, Brot, 1 Sorte Wurst und Käse, Marmeladen, Gebäck, Kuchen, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Das gesamte Personal im Hotel und im Service waren herausragend.
