Friendly staff, good facilities, pool really refreshing, love the beach, great meals, staff helpful all the time 😀

I’m Canadian and spent 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids. The stay was average. The pictures make the water park look cleaner/newer than it is. There is quite a few things that could have some upkeep. The beds were the best part, very soft and comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean, although we did have a tarantula size spider visit us one night in our washroom. The negative was the service for food and drinks. When you sit down for food you’re lucky to get your drinks in 20-30 minutes. You don’t get a choice for the free breakfast, everyone gets the same meal.

To summarize, the place has potential, it needs some upkeep and focus on quick customer service for food and drinks. The kids had a blast, but we stayed in the superior suite thought it was overpriced.

The staff are very accomodating, we are well assisted. For sure if we are going to have another event we will always consider the CML Beach Resort. Thank you for your good customer service.

Hotel room is nice. Personnel are very hospitable. Food is so delicious. Swimming pool is upto 4 1/2 ft. Access to beach is sometimes closed due to strong waves.

Held our company team building and family day at CML Beachclub. It was a real success - we began with a presentation and workshop in the conference room with large interactive screen and great connectivity, followed by dinner by the pool equipped with slides and fountain for the children and dinner by the beach with a band and first class service from the staff. Needless to say we will be using the CML for many years to come!

I celebrated my birthday last July 27 at CML Beach Resort and Water Park in Brgy. Nonong Casto, Lemery, Batangas—and I couldn’t have picked a better place!

From the start, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The resort was easy to locate, and we were immediately greeted by their hospitable and helpful staff, who made sure everything went perfectly throughout our stay.

The facilities and amenities were amazing—everything was clean, organized, and fun, which made the celebration even more enjoyable. Our room smelled fresh, and the beds were clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the resort.

Even with the weather not fully cooperating, the overall ambience remained captivating. The scenic vibe, peaceful surroundings, and great service made the entire experience unforgettable.

All in all, it was a fun, memorable birthday celebration, and I’m beyond grateful to the CML team for making it special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quick escape or a special occasion spot!

Property was clean. Entry to the beach closes early (5:00pm). We ordered a snack (hotdog and fries) it took an hour to serve and the reason given was they only have one cook.

We had our mini-team building here, and it's worth it. The staff was very accommodating of our request. They gave us discounts, and our overall stay was fun and amazing. We brought our own food and sound system. They even gave our senior staff a free entrance fee.

Hassle free reservation. Excellent food and service. Clean place as well. Life guards on duty at the beach and pool area. Staffs are very accommodating. Spacious parking area. Enjoyable place for kids and adults. Highly recommended. 🫶🏻

It’s our 3rd time here in CML.
The kids really enjoyed staying/playing/swimming here.
It’s a good thing that we can bring our own food. It’s also not too crowded.
Can i just suggest that it may be better if we can add some shade in the pool in that case even if its really hot at noon, kids can continue swimming.

The resort is well-maintained and impressively clean. The staff are warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. They have dedicated lifeguards at the swimming pool, ensuring a safe and worry-free experience for guests. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy the beach!

- Some foam in the cottages doesn't have cover
- A bit pricey entrance and cottage.
- The public shower smells rust because of the shower head.

- Staffs are nice
- beach front/sand area is clean
- Pool is nice (we waited for the pool activities to have water in it like the pool)

Swimming pool is very nice, and the water slide is fun to go down. The staff are very nice and the beds are really comfortable, having myself go out in like a minute.

Only problems are the amount of bugs in the room, my room had lots of cockroaches and other insects in the 1 week i stayed. Although the staff was nice the service they gave especially the food was relatively poor, being served cold fried eggs and pork.

Great place. Great staff. It was a total satisfactory exprerience. Really worth spending our family get together event. We got more than what we expected from what we paid for. Everyone from security to front desk to resort staff and life guards were all kind and accommodating.

Staff is absolutely wonderful, I stayed 4 nights, they helped me with 2 full day excursions. they had 2 employees take us to a nice Batangas beach resort with white Sand , swimming, personal beach hut, good restaurant on that excursion all in their resort vehicle. One other excursion is an island hopping trip to Bauan beach (4,000 Php)area where they allowed us to have lunch at a resort called Destino’s(awesome place wow).
Food at CML is very good, just make sure to inform the waiter if you want the American breakfast, otherwise you will get the Filipino breakfast.
Swimming in the main area with water slide was so much fun, our 4 year old son had a blast. Maintenance staff will literally turn on all water pump equipment when they see you in the pool and seem to double as lifeguards. Only problem was tv has no internet fed to it , so basically, tvs have zero function. WiFi at the resort works but not in all rooms, in that situation, walk to an area closer to router. You should probably ask for a room closer to the beach because that seems to be where their router is located. The actual beach is dark black in color and not really attractive in a sense. The strengths of the resort are great staff customer service and fun pool equipment that kids will go crazy for. Great food. Resort centrally located among many other Batangas attractions. Take a bus to Lemery from Manila for only 266 php per person. Or rent car.

excellent friendly service and facilities. Very relaxing break. I traveled alone but will be bringing my family next time as the facilities with beach and water park cater for adults and children. I would highly recommend this resort for both business or holidays.

The hotel caught fire the night before we got there, and they were not able to notify us. As a result they were not able to accommodate us and they had to transfer us to another hotel nearby. It wasn’t a good experience but fortunately the staff were nice, polite and helpful. We stayed on the other hotel for 3 nights but we didn’t enjoy our stay at all because there wasn’t any activities to do in that hotel aside from the swimming pool. Not worth the trip!

Cottages are placed nicely, showing the view of a beautiful swimming pool. It helps parents to always look out for their children’s safety. Also, there are life guards that are always present. The shower room is so clean. The cottage is so comfortable and they also put something in it to avoid the sunlight in our cottage.

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority.

Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so..

Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

The Breakfast Buffet is delicious, a lot of food to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. View from the room is phenomenal (stayed by the beachfront 4th floor). Enjoyed riding the Banana Boat and walking on the floatable island.
