Pros:

The hotel is relatively new with spacious rooms, toilet and shower in a very good condition. The room facilities are operated by tablet device.
Food is tastey cooked by highly motivated shef who tries to adapt the food to guests whishes and constrains.
Reception operated by Zishan with professionalism and efficency, while providing high quality and quick solutions for every need and request.
unfortunately the price was too expensive

Pros:

1. Booked King Bed, when got to room, was 2 singles. no option to change.
2. Pillows and sheets had stains on them
3. Long hair and debris found in bed.
4. Phone to reception did not work
5. Fancy digital display for hotel, which was great, but half did not work (ie the food ordering) when calling on phne, could not understand to make order
6. Walls very thin and hear everything from neighboring rooms, family with a screaming kid next door, impossible to sleep, doors slamming, shouting, screaming.
7. Hard bed.

Overall, possibly worst stay ever had in a hotel.

Only positive was the excellent roof top bar.

Amazing hotel in lucknow
Pros:

I stay in this hotel for 3 night. Its best and amazing hotel in lucknow
Its very clean and has very very good staff
You can manage all facility of room with tablet.

Horrible breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast wasn’t good and staff wasn’t trained to take orders. There were only 4 guest and still the staff couldn’t cope up, they didn’t know what all was available from live menu and didn’t even know what black coffee was. Had a similar experience at dinner time but it was to late in night to argue with the staff. Thankfully the rooms were neat and clean!

Pleasant stay, highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent hotel with well appointed rooms with hi-tech controls. Very warm and polite staff and nothing to fault. Highly recommended.
