It’s better than it looks, for a budget option it was better than we expected
Pros:

The location was perfect. I suggest Paddington to anyone visiting London for the first time. It was very clean, everyday housekeeping. It had Netflix. And a big TV. Quiet Neighborhood, next to Hyde Park. Also next to Queensway road with many food and drink options.

Cons:

The elevetor didn’t have lights. That’s it

Great value for money and great location.
Pros:

Perfect location, comfortable bed, nice staff and room. Spacious, with a small kitchenette. Good internet. Lots of sockets, especially near bed - very comfortable. Also there was elevator access to higher floors

Cons:

I believe the bathroom could me more thoroughly cleaned. Besides that - everything was nice.

ubicación excelente, varias bocas de metro cercanas (máx 10') que te llevan al centro en pocas paradas. Muy cerca de Hyde Park. Zona tranquila y a pocas calles bastantes comercios.

I was disappointed as I stayed at this Hotel when it first opened and for the first few years...but it seems less clean and scruffier than the standard it once had. The bed and especially the pillows uncomfortable and the quality overall has gone down a lot for this property. The blinds chain broke when I tried to open in the morning.

Check in rápido e fácil, quando chegamos o quarto ja estava disponível
Guardaram as malas após o Check out
Limpeza boa e quarto exatamente igual as fotos
Repõem café diariamente

Cons:

Falta uma toalha para o rosto
Infelizmente a luz do corredor fica ligada toda a noite e entra por baixo da porta do quarto, para quem tem sensibilidade a luz para dormir fica complicado

Tutto perfetto! Viaggio per turismo con la mia ragazza, ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale perfetto, zona perfetta e tranquilla (collegata a pochi metri con bus e metro), pulizia perfetta.
Assolutamente consigliata per un soggiorno a Londra, prezzi nella media

Sehr gute Lage, kleines aber funktionales Zimmer, sauber, recht ruhig, gute Preis Leistung

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal, man bekommt pro Person nur ein großes Handtuch, man hat ne kleine Küche, aber nichts zum abwaschen.

Man muss am Anreisetag bis 21:00Uhr da sein!!! Das kann bei Flugverspätungen schwierig werden.
